After collecting three estimates we picked Bay Crawlspace to do the work. Our decision to use them was not just because they had a better price but they used better materials . The 20 mil liner was twice the thickness of one of the other companies. Prior to the work they kept in contact as far as scheduling and when the work would begin. They began the work on time and completed it when they said they would , All three company personnel were very respectful and handled themselves in a professional manner. My wife and I were very pleased with the finished product.

Great, It took four days and the crew was very good. They were polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up everyday. This company was both professional and good with the repair and install of their product. I would highly recommend this company.

Went well. Got some lift in the back and some leveling in back of house. Better than it was. Not perfect but good.

Everything went well. it took a little longer than expected for the encapsulation, but it was really good that it did take longer because as they were finishing up, we got a thunderstorm that caused some flooding in one section of the house. If they had finished as expected, we would have not detected the issue and it could have caused a mess. This happened on Friday and they came back on Monday to put in a french drain and a sump pump. it costs some extra money but i am glad we caught it before it caused a big problem. i must give a shout out to Seth and he team they readily answered my questions, took care of any concerns i had cleaned up the area. They definitely took pride in their work. Blake the owner was very professional and addressed a couple of minor issues right away. i got a quote from a competitor that is all over tv and radio and there price was way much higher for the same work. Highly recommend this company. We have already noticed a changes due to the encapsulation. i expect in winter will make the most difference.

It was awesome from start to finish! The owner came to do the free estimate, and he was phenomenal: professional but approachable and willing to be honest about the services. He worked with us to determine the plan that would be best given our crawlspace and budgetary needs. Once we agreed upon the plan, he and his office staff (who was also wonderful), worked with us to have everything in place for a quick turnaround (the project was completed with the next month). The team working on the encapsulation was respectful and worked full days even in the unbearable summer heat. Following the completion of the project, the owner has consistently been available and responsive to our questions concerning the dehumidifying system, what we should expect, etc. I have already recommended the provider to friends (who have booked their own estimate) and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, affordable crawlspace company that cares not only about their work, but also about their clients!

Arrived an hour early the first day, the guys were polite and professional, and they brought in reinforcements on the last day to make sure they finished on time. Very pleased with the work and the people.

The first day they were to arrive was the only time I had any issues. They called and said they would be here around nine, then called and said it would be around noon and then again called and said they would be here around two. They finally got here around four, but they were finishing up someone else's crawlspace and they did call and let me know each time that they weren't going to be here. They were very professional about it all. The two guys that were out here working were probably two of the hardest working people I have ever encountered. They seem to have worked non stop for four days to make up the time. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and their cleanliness with such a dirty job. I really can't say enough good things about them. Steve even worked himself into exhaustion on an extremely hot day. The entire team I dealt with was top notch. I really just can't say enough good things about them.

Earlier this year, I bought a home built in 1989. After moving in, I realized that the home has settling issues and after investigation, also a moisture issue under the home. My first estimate revealed the need for multiple jacks/footings to be added and a need to manage the moisture. The quote was outrageous and also a pressure sell tactic (only good for today?). Through much research, I decided to call Bay Crawlspace. The visit was completely different. Blake?s approach was very explanatory with no pressure tactics. He explained the needs and allowed me to participate in deciding the solution ? satisfactory related to the problems and my bank account. His quote was less than half his competitor?s for essentially the same work! I will add that the workers were very courteous and clean. The work was explained and the equipment demonstrated. They allowed for my questions and addressed every concern I had. I am more than satisfied and have friends that are already lining up. Bay Crawlspace Solutions is an up and coming new business flexing for market share through superior focus on the customer and the resulting word-of-mouth advertisement. If you?re in need of this type of work, I think you?ll be more than satisfied.

My house is not even 4 years old, but I was prompted to continuously check the crawlspace.....knowing the horror stories of mold formation (health issues) due to the high humidity in the Southeastern Virginia area. Bay Crawlspace Solutions arrived on-time. They were very professional, polite, and explained in detail everything they were doing. They addressed all my concerns and completed a very arduous job under less than perfect conditions (100 degree plus weather). I would recommend them to anyone!
