Tim and his intern worked hard, did a very good job, fixed both original fence installation problems and re-did repairs I payed $ 400.00 for a couple of years ago. The quality of the work is very impressive, he knows what he is doing, if you need expert fence work, give Tim a call, if I need this type service in the future, Tim will be the first person I call.

He never showed up. Kept using excuse: someone with an illness in the family, and we tried contacting you. Set up an appointment on 15 May 2014 and he never showed.

I purchased this big deal from this company on 06May2014. I wanted the service performed by 15May. He did not return my email until I called angie's list customer service. On May 14, 2014, I was called by the company and left with an message stating that they had some sort of family emergency and had been out for the past 5 days. I called the company on 15May201 and, I was told that they would have someone come later that afternoon. NO one showed up. Never deal with the unprofessional company.

Tim was scheduled to come out on the morning of 4/18/14 to work on the fence. He called my son on 4/11 apologizing for being late but he would be there in the afternoon, my son promptly informed him that he was actually scheduled to arrive on 4/18 not the 11th. On the 17th I called to confirm the appointment, no response. On the morning of the 18th I called again, no response. I called a couple of times before I received a phone call around 10:30 ish, he said his truck was having some break issues and he would be on his was as soon as he could get it resolved or another truck. I am a patient person and understand that things can happen. It was around 3:30 that afternoon when he finally showed up. My son walked the fence with him and then he left to go buy the fence pickets that matched the fence. He came back and stayed long enough to replace the 6 pickets, the handle on one gate and the hardware on another gate. He did not go around and nail in the loose boards because I watched him. Not the best service at all. Nice enough guy just not dependable - or equipped to do the job.

I had a wonderful experience with them. They are the nicest people. I found out that I did not need a new fan. It was just a wire that was not plugged in. So, I took my fan back. He said I did not need it. So, when people do that for you, you really appreciate it. He did an excellent job. I did not spend more than the Big Deal. He provides excellent service. He is very personable. I would hire them again and again. I will call them back if I ever need them for anything. I think I bought the big deal, and then, less than an hour later, he called me. He was here a little bit early.

Tim repaired over 100 rotten pickets, repaired 3 gates and built a new 10. double gate. Everything was exactly as he represented it.

Tim along with other workers were professional, quick and efficient and replaced missing fence pickets, checked for loose or missing screws throughout fence perimeter. I am extremely satisfied and plan to use them again for some household improvement projects and will keep you posted. Thank you again Tim and Team.

I was very impressed with how quickly Harry and Tim responded to my call for an estimate. They gave me a variety of options in the price range I had to work with. I was thrilled when they showed up right when they said they would. They constructed my new shed in a timely and professional manner. Once they were done there was no clean up, it was as if they were never here. I would call on these contractors for any of my home improvement needs. Highly recommended!

I was so happy with this company! They showed up right on time for the initial estimate and were always on the job when work was scheduled. I had my old fence removed and a beautiful new one installed around my house. The crew was professional and very considerate. They didn't make a big mess of the property like some other contractors have done in the past. My husband and I had been pricing a new fence and had tried to meet with a few people but the prices were either outrageous or we couldn't get a person to actually come out and do an estimate for us! What a relief to find a fantastic company to work with! I would definitely recommend you call Tim's Home Improvement & Fencing if your thinking about replacing your old fence. You will be glad you did! We love the new fence!! It's exactly what I've wanted since the day we moved into our home.

Tim and his crew were excellent. I had the hardest time getting someone to call me back for fence repair and when they did, they were either too busy or didn't want a small job like mine. Tim promptly called me back and was very professional and polite. He came to my house and provided me with, what I think, was a very, very reasonable estimate. On the day the work was to be performed, Tim and his crew arrived promptly and completed the necessary repairs just as they had promised. They also cleaned up the workspace. I would hire Tim again for any repairs or work that I need done. He and his crew were courteous and professional.

The job went so well that Tim had booked 3 additional jobs from neighbors and an additional one from us before he left the property. Everyone was impressed with Tim: well mannered, knowledgable, and FAST! He's a natural leader/teacher and is quite good with his crew, organizing to get the maximum work done in the shortest amount of time. If military, Tim will go with you to Home Depot to get the wood, let the member pay for it, and get the HD military discount. That price is deducted from his original estimate. 3 man crew worked hard and fast. cleaned well around the jobsite. indulged no bad habits while on the job.

I called for Tim's services in need of help to repair some things around the house. Some of these repairs were out of my league to accomplish without help like replacing a few fence panels with a gate and replacing 2 ceiling fans, so I needed a handyman to come knock it out. I am a single Mom so price and time was very important. I called around looking for a good estimate and Tim was the only one out of 5 company's that was very straight forward, humble, helpful and honest with his estimating process. I appreciated his promptness and commitment from the estimation appointment to the completion of projects. When I first spoke to Tim on the phone he was very professional and listened to all my requests. He ensured to have a clear idea of everything I expected and offered a timeline in how to conduct the projects in a timely fashion to only allow minimal inconvenience and the best quality work. We set an appointment for the estimate that was within a weeks time. He showed up at my home right on time! We took a walk through all the jobs and talked about the process, different ideas for installment, materials, and of course price. Tim suggested we also walk through the home improvement store together and pick the exact materials I preferred to use for the entire project. Tim was very accurate and reasonable with his estimate that I was very pleased and excited to begin the work! Tim arrived on the job on time for the first day of work with all the materials we picked out from our trip to the store and with receipt in hand. He began his smaller jobs first and was finished in no time at all. He stepped me through each one with what he did, used, any issues or sightings of possible future issues (and a quick estimation with possible referrals to fix it if it was not in his field of expertise). When he finished with the fence and gate, I knew I would be keeping his number handy for any future jobs and I happy to refer him to Angie's List!!

The overall services provided were excellent ! Showed up at least !0 -15 min before he was scheduled from estimate to completing work. Always kept work area clean and removed any trash or materials away from property. Had a screw come out of one of the gates i called him and he was out the same day to repair and fixed problem!
