Air Specialty Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: This was their second visit to my home. Last year they checked the furance before the weather turned cold. Did some repairs and showed me how to manually operate my thermostat to avoid an additional $900 repair. This visit they check my nearly 20 year old heat pump in anticipation of hot weather and replaced some parts that obviously (even to my novice eye) needed replacing. Other companies have visited in the past year but probably did not do the internal inspection Air Specialty did. This will save me money in future repairs and, most likely, a breakdown of my system. They were professional from the day I called for an appointment to several days after when they called to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: They installed my unit for central A/C and Heating and it failed every year. They never returned to service. When I received an estimate to repair, I was told the unit was installed upside down and backwards.

Description of Work: We needed some duct work under the home (which turned out to be simple). We’ve done work with them for years, and this is the first time we’ve ever had a disappointment. They performed an inspection & looked under the house, then said they would get back to us. They never did. When we contacted them, there was some confusion about getting an invoice, but in the meantime, we had contacted another company to get the work completed.
