Communication: Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and timely, while communications continued throughout the process. Scoping Work: This is probably the most important first step in any project and often either messed up or purposely inflated. Victor actively listened to my desires and provided detailed advice and worked through various options as we worked out the details. For this project, we needed the exterior foundation repainted. Manor Works powerwashed, scraped, primed, and painted it all in a day. Quality of Work: The final product looks great, and since they back it with a 4-year warranty, I have peace of mind it was done right. Even more importantly, they ensured the painting was neat and clean without a lot of extraneous paint on the siding or other objects keeping a neat and professional look.
