Description of Work: I have a large yard surrounded by oak and maple trees which drop a LOT of leaves in the fall. The last time I raked and bagged them myself (about 10 years ago) there were 150 50-gallon bags of leaves and twigs. Nueva Vista gathered the leaves into a huge pile on one day and removed the leaves the following day. Good hard workers, polite, efficient. Great job.

Description of Work: They winterized my sprinkler system. Technician called when he was about 15 minutes out. When he arrived he explained what he was going to do, I showed him where everything was located, and 30 minutes later he was done. Nice guy.

Description of Work: Mowed the lawn, and edged. They do a nice job of clean up clippings afterward. Had an initial debate over pricing... I wanted them to come out every two weeks and thought it would cost me $43. After receiving the first monthly invoice is where I discovered the $43 price to be for mowing every week. We finally negotiated a $50 cost every two weeks.

Description of Work: Just had my back yard worked on. It needed a drain and it need grass. Walter and his crew did an outstanding job. They were easy to work with. Did whatever I asked and cleaned up behind themselves. Walter had great communication with me even after the job was finished.

Description of Work: He arrived on time and was very nice and professional. I feel certain that their work would be great. I am only writing this review as I had two other estimates and this company was 2x the lowest bid. Perhaps the employee was not experienced at doing bids or did not want the business. I am not sue. I did go with another Angie's List provider.

Description of Work: They do a very good job. Initially we had them do year clean-up. From there we began to use them for lawn work; and then moved onto leaf removal. They do a very thorough and professional job.

Description of Work: I first contacted Walter Hernandez about coming out to do an estimate for lawn mowing service. Walter gave me a date and time of when he would be out to complete the estimate. Walter completed the estimate on time and the estimate quote was lower than other companies I had contacted. Walter was very professional, prompt and courteous. Walter's crew mowed my lawn yesterday and I was very please with the job! My lawn looks great! I will definitely continue using this company and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Hired for 4 weeks of leaf removal one day each week. They did a very thorough job and cut the grass too. Very pleased with the work; saved me a lot of time and back-breaking leaf cleanup every week. I will hire them again next Fall season.

You would think that in this economy there would be more people with great service like Walter but he is a real gem. You will be happy with his service he will make sure of it. Description of Work: I started using this company for weekly basic yard work (mowing, trimming, edging) when i was travelling extensively for my job. i liked the quality and cost of tgeir work so much that i have kept them on ever since despite initially only requesting temporary help. they come every week like clockwork and i can predict when they will arrive if it is raining as well. i have a little under 1/4 acre and they are in and out in 20 minutes leaving a well-manicured lawn. i have also used them for mulching and trimming before but it was a little pricey for me and since it is infrequent, it is just as easy to do myself. They slow down in the fall and come biweekly for a while, then they come back just in time in the spring. I am very pleased.

Description of Work: I sent them an email telling them what I wanted, giving them my home address. I told them i was not giving them my correct phone number because I've had some bad experiences with giving out my phone number. Therefore I asked them to drive by and then email me with a ball park figure. I would then email back as to whether it was within my budget, etc. They never bothered. Apparently they don't need the business.
