He never called back after speaking to him once and he never replied to my email.

Excellent. Julio and his crew did a great job. Julio and I agreed upon a set amount of work to fulfill the requirements of the deal offered through Angie's list. They were a professional and very hardworking crew. I was so satisfied with their work I had two additional trees removed at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

They did not finish the work. Left branches and twigs all over the lawn. Company did not remove all debris from yard. Claimed their hours were up. The only way I could have them finish the work, was to pay additional for them to clean up. A ploy to extort more money from me. Refused and let them leave. Beware or being suckered for "x" amount of hours for a job. Very IMPORTANT: Before hiring this company, ensure they provide an estimate of the whole job to be completed, not just a provision of hours on the job - the sure bet to be fleeced. You do not control how fast or efficient the workers will be, if you pay for services based on number of hours. However, so long as you sign a contract with them for cost based on completion of work, I bet they will be motivated to get the job completed on time, and as agreed. I learned a very good lesson. Hope the next potential customer using this service, learns from my expensive mistake.

Julio is very conscientious. I've since hired him for a variety of projects involving landscaping and walkways and installing drainpipe. Outstanding workmanship. Excellent value for money.

Julio was quick in his response to schedule service and showed up right on time. His entire team was professional and hard working. We are fortunate that he was able to haul all of the brush to our burn pile in the pasture because his team went above and beyond in trimming our tress. The fact that they did not have to leave the farm to haul away allowed them the extra time in the trees. We highly recommend Julio and his team and will have them back to complete other needs for our farm and other properties we own.

They showed up at the end of the day and replaced the trees and mulched hurriedly. They missed some of the weeds, and some pushed out of the mulch a few days later.

They got most of the tree down. This was fine and good. The pricing was reasonable. They were very responsive and they showed up on time. They came in and did the job. They were helpful and we wanted to stock the wood and they did that and cleaned up well.

I purchased 8 labor hours of work to remove and clean up some old shrubbery. The team clearly advised me what would be realistic for 8 man-hours of work (In this case it was a team of 4 completing the project in two hours. They bagged up all the yard waste and conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. I highly recommend these guys. NOTE: Remember that when you purchase a package of hours, it's sold in terms of man-hours (i.e., 8 hours of work could be a two-person crew working 4 hours or a four-person crew working 2 hours).

Julio came out and measured the work to be done. We agreed on the price and, after Miss Utility marked the area, his workers arrived promptly. It looked like it was a bit more work than originally expected and took several hours, but they did a beautiful job at no additional charge. They had to remove and replant some flowers along the side, and all the flowers survived. I am very pleased with my new walkway, and I have received compliments on it.

Julio & his crew did an excellent job. They were here early every day & worked hard every minute. All possible effort was made to improve yard drainage and prepare a perfect base. They were very careful and exacting and the patio & walk are gorgeous. I love the design and look forward to warm weather to do some landscaping and enjoy my new back yard.

Julio did and beautiful job. He was very professional and easy to work with, providing me with options and advice. He delivered exactly what he said he would do and e ceded my expectations.

Crew showed up right on time. Cut down the trees and removed the wood. I had been particularily concerned about one of the trees which was very large and had the potential to damage other trees and a wood fence if not cut properly. I should not have worried because there was absolutely no collateral damage. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning the site!

Outstanding. I would recommend Julio any place any time. We also hired him again to take a heavy tree that fell from my neighbor's property on to our garage. He always does impeccable work.

They ca,e very quickly after we contacted them to set up a time for them to come, they made it very quick arrangements to be here, they got here on time, they did the job that I expected them to do, it was very thorough they did the whole yard, they laid down grass seeds after that, they did what they were required to do and they did it well.

My experience with them was very good. I ended up paying about another $1,000 or something because I had several more trees cut down which did not make a whole lot of sense since that did not take more time than what they had said it would take in the first place, but I wanted those trees cut so I did not argue with them. They could not have charged me the extra money. If you have the contract and what it says and it says four men for eight hours a day and that is basically what I had, but they split it up in two days. They did more work than what it was calling for, but they did not do more time and more people. They were really good with their responsiveness. They were right on-time and their professionalism was very good. I would not consider using them again because I am selling the house in the next two months and I will be moving someplace where I would not need to cut trees.

After purchasing the deal we were never contacted. A week later we wrote to inquire and were told they would contact us the following week. They never did. Called and were told "text me or i won't remember" Finally got an appointment a week later. Work crew were prompt and did good work but the lack of responsiveness is unprofessional. Customer service is as important as the quality of the work. Needs improvement.

Not very pleased with work. The machine they used tore up areas of the yard. The wheels left marks when the machine was tuning. Big hunks of grass pulled up. I had to reseed a lot of areas and flatten the grass and dirt

The foreman (Bersain, I believe) arrived right on time with 4 man crew shortly after and got right to work. Had the HUGE (60 foot) gum tree down on the ground in very short order; cut it up, loaded up their dumper and then since I had *time left* on what I purchased and *space on the truck* they also took down 2 smaller maple trees, one that would grow to threaten as the gum tree had and one that had died and also a broken dead tree that was threatening the fence. There was still a bit of time left however I had no more for them to do today; they cleaned up beautifully. I was kept apprised of every step, had all my questions answered and was asked to make a final inspection of the work and give my approval or request improvements. I couldn't be more pleased! I will be calling Julio in the future for an estimate on repairing my stone steps and possibly more tree work if/when the necessity arises.

The work team arrived at the time they said they would and just got to work.

Only about 75% of the reseeding actually produced grass...and I watered twice a day.

Had to contact vendor multiple times. Finally got in contact they would not provide an actual date they would perform service, just a timeframe (an entire week). They also had a prerequisite of mowing lawn which due to the difficulty in scheduling we were unable to do. They called, seemingly just to complain the lawn wasn't mowed, but still performed service.

It turn out quite well. They did a good job, did exactly what I ask them to do and I have no complaints whatsoever.

It went excellent. Their service was great, they did a good job by cleaning up and the grass that they put down came up very well even some areas that normally I don't have grass in I was surprised I walk out was like what's that green stuff. They were prompt in calling me but instead of a like a day of window opportunity they sure have gave me we will be out some time in the week. they just showed up and looked around and got where any special instructions of where the property line were.

Went OK. The work was completed in a timely manner.

Julio, did not respond to my e-mail when I asked him to contact me to find out what the job entailed and what equipment he would need to bring. He did not do that so his crew showed up with equipment to blow leaves. Totally unacceptable. He did not have the necessary equipment to do the job and said I would have to pay for equipment he should have in his fleet. I spoke to him on the phone this morning. It was the first phone call I had ever had from him. We decided to cancel the job. I want a refund.
