Description of Work: I have just become a member of Angie's list so this review of Virginia Maid Kitchens is a little old but I thought it important to comment on the service. I went to Virginia Mail Kitchen showroom to discuss remodeling my kitchen. The showroom is quite nice. I talked to a sales lady about what I wanted and asked if she could she give me an estimate. I agreed to meet with her at the showroom at a later time to see what the results would be. When I came back I saw her plans and asked that some changes be made to the original ideas. My first plan was to work with the cabinets that I already had in the kitchen and just add granite and some accessories. On reflection I decided I wanted to replace the cabinets and counter tops at the same time. She said she would get back to me when she had designed the new layout with my changes. I have still never received a call from her. I suppose I could have called her back but why? I just went to another business. No service was performed for me from this company.
