Description of Work: Annual pest inspection (termites, moisture and powder post beetles). They are always professional and friendly, never tell me that I need more than I really do need. A few years ago, they replaced the vapor barrier (encapsulated the crawl space) and replaced the vents in the crawl space with the self adjusting variety. I have used their services since 1992.
