When I did have to instruct them to do anything, they didn t hesitate in doing it. They also gave a $30 discount if I recommended their services to anyone. We had two contracts with them, one for our grass, which was around $50 a call. The other one was for our shrubs, and that one was about $40 a call. They have a great service.

I am not the only one in the neighborhood who uses Tru Green; they are a fascinating company with fascinating prices. They have been cutting my lawn for several months now and I am very pleased. They arrive as scheduled every two weeks and they are always prepared. My lawn is rather large so the fee is a little higher than others, but, I do not complain. They do such an excellent job, why wouldn t I keep them around.

I gave this outfit a couple different times to show results I was looking for and it didn't happen. I did my backyard with Scotts Turf builder and it looked 100 percent better than the front that they took care of. They told me if I wanted them to come back out just to call and when I did they said it was so close to my next scheduled time it wouldn't make a difference, so there is no sense in using someone for something I can do better myself.

We are very pleased with their service. We've used them for ten years now with no problems or complaints. The service is working for us. They take care of our weeds and the grass stays green. What I like the most is they don't bother you, just do the job and leave the bill.

I think they are an average company that does average work. I have been using them for three months so far and I can say that my lawn looks as green as it has ever. I would not say that this is anything personal, but, all they do is spray and that is it. They do not talk nor do they answer any of my questions. I guess I am going to keep them around for a while until I possibly find someone more down to earth. Not that I am looking, but, if something comes along, I probably would switch services. If I got a new company today, I would not hire them again tomorrow.

I was satisfied with their services. They showed up regularly and left a card with our scheduled treatment dates. It was very convenient to have someone reliable to count on. I will continue to use them for our lawn care treatments because they kept my lawn looking good.

These guys knew what they were doing and they got rid of all the dandelions in our yard. Our yard looks great now. We have been using them for about 4 years now and the first year was the most noticeable improvements. Now it is just upkeep and they came out several times a year and we were happy with their services.

I could tell you that my yard looked absolutely beautiful. They did an excellent job and it really showed. Our yard was nice, thick, weed free and real green. They were honest and got the job done quickly. They were always polite and I was really satisfied with their work.

It hasn't been a terribly long relationship at this point but I can honestly say, after only a month, I can tell and see a difference with the color. They didn't over sell us on anything and that was also good. I have a good feeling about what they are doing for me and I'm anxious to see how the lawn improves over the long haul.

I don t have any complaints with this company. They have come out every time they said they would. A lot of our neighbors in the area already use them but I would still recommend them to anybody else. The workers were real friendly. They kept a professional attitude. They made sure everything was done to my liking.

Tru Green comes out four times a year to treat and fertilize my lawn and I have been using them for about four years now. I like the way they do business and the prices are great. I will continue to use their services.

They did a fair job on my lawn. They always kept to their scheduled time to come and spray. They came out quarterly to spray my lawn. The price I gave was what we paid per year. I quit using them because the service wasn t really up to my satisfaction. I felt I could do just as good or better myself.

They came out and sprayed to keep the bugs away and they did a good job. I only have to use them once a month, and the price was very competitive. They showed up when they said they were going to. The end result was that I didn t have any bugs.

I feel they were a little better than okay. They did temporarily get rid of my weeds, which is what we wanted. We stopped using them once the weeds were gone. We may consider them again in the future. They showed up when they said they would. They did everything they were hired to do. It was just a basic service.

One thing about them was that I wished they would let me know when they were coming. I do feel that they provided us with pretty good service. I was not dissatisfied with their service and my lawn looked great.

I am very pleased with their customer service. They were very polite and easy to get along with. They paid close attention to the areas in our lawn that were especially covered with lawns. I haven't had any problems with the chemicals that they used. I do have a yearly contract with them and they have always done a fantastic job for me.

A uniformed crew showed up in the company truck on schedule. They fertilized our lawn with a sprayer. They were very nice, clean cut, and professional looking. They made suggestions on their paperwork about how we can better care for our lawn.

I was happy with the job they did on my yard and it looked much better than it did before. The guy that came out was pretty friendly. We have used these guys quite a few times and they had kept our yard looking great.

I was not all that happy with them and switched to someone else. They were just full of a bunch of sales talk. We didn t have any real results because they did a poor job. The grass was not growing and when we would say something they would give us more sales talk and no action. They would say it would take time and what not, but there were no improvements.

I was only looking for them to come out about 5 times a year, but everytime I turned around they were out here leaving a bill in my door for what they supposedly did. I wouldn t be here when they sprayed or whatever and to be honest it wasn t like I was seeing terrific results anyhow, so I had my doubts. I just finally let them know not to come back out; I wasn t interested in their bills anymore.

Tru Green Chem Lawn came out quarterly to spray our whole yard for bugs and weeds. They came out on a regular basis for a few years now. They were always professional and quick at their work. We were happy with the results we got, and will continue to use them. We felt the price was fair for the service done.

What's most important is that we have seen a noticeable difference over the time frame we have used them to fertilize. This was a very organized company on a whole and they showed up to scheduling as expected. I haven't had any bad results or reactions with the lawn due to their work and that s also a plus. They had good service and we wouldn t mind using them again.

I have never had a single complaint with Tru Green. They always arrive at my home as scheduled and are always out of here very quickly. They do what needs to be done and move on with it. The people are great and the pricing is good too. I pay them by the visit most of the time. Sometimes I may pay them yearly. I plan to keep them, around for quite a while.
