I gave this outfit a couple different times to show results I was looking for and it didn't happen. I did my backyard with Scotts Turf builder and it looked 100 percent better than the front that they took care of. They told me if I wanted them to come back out just to call and when I did they said it was so close to my next scheduled time it wouldn't make a difference, so there is no sense in using someone for something I can do better myself.

I received a flyer in the mail for a trial offer so they did an inspection and a trial spray for me. I could not see any difference in our grass. They were timely and professional, doing the whole job without bothering me. I did not see the benefits of this service enough to have an on going relationship.

I was not happy with them at all. They were only suppose to spray the front yard and not the back yard because we had dogs. They ended up spraying the back yard anyways even though the guy we had the contract with mentioned we shouldn t do the back due to our pets. They were nasty with us and expected us to pay for the back yard. We finally just paid them and so we cancelled our service.

I was very impressed that they showed up when they said they would and did a good job. I was satisfied with the work they did on my yard. They reached my expectations and got rid of all my weeds. I hired them because I felt they had a good price.

Tru Green comes out four times a year to treat and fertilize my lawn and I have been using them for about four years now. I like the way they do business and the prices are great. I will continue to use their services.

I feel that Tru Green does a good job. They are here every week as they need to be. It all depends on the weather and what not. They are always prepared when they come. They pretty much do their job and leave. I have no complaints with them at all, and I am quite satisfied I use them.

They do a really excellent job maintaining our yard and keeping the grass looking great. They come once a month to do the fertilization. The service is done very nice and neat and they are very professional. The price seems to be a fair price.

The difference between the lawn we had before they started spraying and now was a total opposite. They got rid of all the weeds altogether from our lawn. The green color and thickness was all we could have asked for. It never took them long to apply the stuff, but we sure could tell what they were doing was best for the grass. Also, it was nice to be able to call and request them to come out, even if it was between scheduled visits. They usually responded immediately.

A uniformed crew showed up in the company truck on schedule. They fertilized our lawn with a sprayer. They were very nice, clean cut, and professional looking. They made suggestions on their paperwork about how we can better care for our lawn.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt for a year, hoping what they were doing was going to show an improvement in our lawn. We never did see results and we felt that was ample time for the fertilizer to take if it was going to at all. For $90 a visit it's sad to say they just didn't do anything we wanted or expected. We would never use them again for anything and we would tell others to make sure they saw a difference after some period of time, just to be safe.

We have our yard maintained several times a year with Tru Green for weeds and the fertilization on our grass. Our yard always looks great and they keep a set appointment time for the maintenance care. The service is very professional and reasonable.

After a number of treatments and only getting bad results, it was time to let them go. The grass under the tree had died and when I asked about it they simply said it would be a great place for a flower bed now. I had hoped for a greener lawn and that didn t seem to be taking place with them. I wouldn t use them and probably wouldn t be a company I would tell others about.

They always send us a notification in the mail, and call us to inform us it is time for the next treatment. We don't actually have to be here, but it is nice to know they are willing to notify us anyway. The chemicals used, do give off an odor for about two hours after the application, but aside from that, we have no complaints. Our lawn has looked great ever since we hired them.

Tru green comes to our home every 2-3 months to treat our lawn. They yard looks great since they have been coming out. It is very green and almost grows too fast. The only thing that I wish they did was seeding, but they don't offer that. We like the workers and feel comfortable with them being around our home.

I did not always see or talk to them when they came out to do our lawn, but they took care of everything pretty well. I have used them for a while now and have never had any problems with their service. They used a pretty good product on my yard.

We have a very lovely lawn and we owe a lot of that to them. We understood the maintenance we did ourselves will affect it also, but all in all what we did and have them do has gone hand in hand. It's a really nice shade of green and with 6 treatments a year we have found the right way to keep it up.

I was happy with the job they did on my yard and it looked much better than it did before. The guy that came out was pretty friendly. We have used these guys quite a few times and they had kept our yard looking great.

They came out and sprayed to keep the bugs away and they did a good job. I only have to use them once a month, and the price was very competitive. They showed up when they said they were going to. The end result was that I didn t have any bugs.

It hasn't been a terribly long relationship at this point but I can honestly say, after only a month, I can tell and see a difference with the color. They didn't over sell us on anything and that was also good. I have a good feeling about what they are doing for me and I'm anxious to see how the lawn improves over the long haul.

The shrubs always look wonderful when they get done trimming them. The company worked well together. They are very knowledgeable at knowing what needs to be done. If they didn't I wouldn't use them. I would recommend them to anyone.

I feel they were a little better than okay. They did temporarily get rid of my weeds, which is what we wanted. We stopped using them once the weeds were gone. We may consider them again in the future. They showed up when they said they would. They did everything they were hired to do. It was just a basic service.

I was a little unsure about using this company at first, but my lawn looked wonderful. I would have been upset now if I hadn't called this company for my lawn needs. The guy that came out was very friendly and made sure that he didn't miss a spot while he was fertilizing my yard.

They would come out twice a month and take care of our yard, most of the time the work was good but not always. We are not always satisfied with the way they did our yard work. The price was reasonable but the work was fair.

I think they are an average company that does average work. I have been using them for three months so far and I can say that my lawn looks as green as it has ever. I would not say that this is anything personal, but, all they do is spray and that is it. They do not talk nor do they answer any of my questions. I guess I am going to keep them around for a while until I possibly find someone more down to earth. Not that I am looking, but, if something comes along, I probably would switch services. If I got a new company today, I would not hire them again tomorrow.

I wanted the weeds killed and I ended up getting my whole lawn killed. The chemical mix that they used must have been too strong and it had turned the grass an ugly shade of yellow. They offered to treat our lawn, but I declined and figured what they had already done was enough damage. I wouldn't use or suggest others use them either.
