I was satisfied with their service. I have used them for all of my fertilization needs. They were recommended to me by a family member and I will continue to use them. The chemicals they used took care of all of our weeds and crabgrass. The workers were very professional and did an outstanding job. I also really like that they used pet friendly chemicals.

They showed up on time. If they were unable to do a treatment due to the weather, they would call me and let me know. They were friendly and professional looking. I trusted the work they did. They have kept my lawn very green and free of weeds, so they did their job. They did a good job, and it only took them about twenty minutes.

I wasn t very happy with their services because after they sprayed the lawn, there were still patches of weeds everywhere. I signed into a summer contract with them because I thought that was the only way to get rid of the weeds. I thought the price was pretty high, but everyone charges about the same.

I was only looking for them to come out about 5 times a year, but everytime I turned around they were out here leaving a bill in my door for what they supposedly did. I wouldn t be here when they sprayed or whatever and to be honest it wasn t like I was seeing terrific results anyhow, so I had my doubts. I just finally let them know not to come back out; I wasn t interested in their bills anymore.

They would come out twice a month and take care of our yard, most of the time the work was good but not always. We are not always satisfied with the way they did our yard work. The price was reasonable but the work was fair.

We are very pleased with their service. We've used them for ten years now with no problems or complaints. The service is working for us. They take care of our weeds and the grass stays green. What I like the most is they don't bother you, just do the job and leave the bill.

I am very pleased with their customer service. They were very polite and easy to get along with. They paid close attention to the areas in our lawn that were especially covered with lawns. I haven't had any problems with the chemicals that they used. I do have a yearly contract with them and they have always done a fantastic job for me.

The initial treatment and fertilization they did on the yard was only $300, which wasn't bad. They have been back every few months to maintain the yard. They did a wonderful job on our lawn, and only charge $45 per visit when they came out.

I feel they were a little better than okay. They did temporarily get rid of my weeds, which is what we wanted. We stopped using them once the weeds were gone. We may consider them again in the future. They showed up when they said they would. They did everything they were hired to do. It was just a basic service.

After a number of treatments and only getting bad results, it was time to let them go. The grass under the tree had died and when I asked about it they simply said it would be a great place for a flower bed now. I had hoped for a greener lawn and that didn t seem to be taking place with them. I wouldn t use them and probably wouldn t be a company I would tell others about.

I was not happy with them at all. They were only suppose to spray the front yard and not the back yard because we had dogs. They ended up spraying the back yard anyways even though the guy we had the contract with mentioned we shouldn t do the back due to our pets. They were nasty with us and expected us to pay for the back yard. We finally just paid them and so we cancelled our service.

I wanted the weeds killed and I ended up getting my whole lawn killed. The chemical mix that they used must have been too strong and it had turned the grass an ugly shade of yellow. They offered to treat our lawn, but I declined and figured what they had already done was enough damage. I wouldn't use or suggest others use them either.

Tru green comes to our home every 2-3 months to treat our lawn. They yard looks great since they have been coming out. It is very green and almost grows too fast. The only thing that I wish they did was seeding, but they don't offer that. We like the workers and feel comfortable with them being around our home.

The shrubs always look wonderful when they get done trimming them. The company worked well together. They are very knowledgeable at knowing what needs to be done. If they didn't I wouldn't use them. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company was on time and they came about every three months to spray my lawn. They always called to make sure we were home. They fertilized and it seemed to be good quality. The men always explained everything on what they were doing and they did a good service.

The difference between the lawn we had before they started spraying and now was a total opposite. They got rid of all the weeds altogether from our lawn. The green color and thickness was all we could have asked for. It never took them long to apply the stuff, but we sure could tell what they were doing was best for the grass. Also, it was nice to be able to call and request them to come out, even if it was between scheduled visits. They usually responded immediately.

I have used Tru Green for five years, and I am very happy with the service I receive from them. They are like clock work. They come out every week to take care of my lawn, and my yard looks great.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt for a year, hoping what they were doing was going to show an improvement in our lawn. We never did see results and we felt that was ample time for the fertilizer to take if it was going to at all. For $90 a visit it's sad to say they just didn't do anything we wanted or expected. We would never use them again for anything and we would tell others to make sure they saw a difference after some period of time, just to be safe.

They came every six weeks for a regular treatment and general spraying of our yard. We have been using this company for six years now and they have always done excellent lawn service. They charged $500 for the year.

I gave this outfit a couple different times to show results I was looking for and it didn't happen. I did my backyard with Scotts Turf builder and it looked 100 percent better than the front that they took care of. They told me if I wanted them to come back out just to call and when I did they said it was so close to my next scheduled time it wouldn't make a difference, so there is no sense in using someone for something I can do better myself.

They always send us a notification in the mail, and call us to inform us it is time for the next treatment. We don't actually have to be here, but it is nice to know they are willing to notify us anyway. The chemicals used, do give off an odor for about two hours after the application, but aside from that, we have no complaints. Our lawn has looked great ever since we hired them.

We have a very lovely lawn and we owe a lot of that to them. We understood the maintenance we did ourselves will affect it also, but all in all what we did and have them do has gone hand in hand. It's a really nice shade of green and with 6 treatments a year we have found the right way to keep it up.

They do a really excellent job maintaining our yard and keeping the grass looking great. They come once a month to do the fertilization. The service is done very nice and neat and they are very professional. The price seems to be a fair price.

I received a flyer in the mail for a trial offer so they did an inspection and a trial spray for me. I could not see any difference in our grass. They were timely and professional, doing the whole job without bothering me. I did not see the benefits of this service enough to have an on going relationship.

They came out and sprayed to keep the bugs away and they did a good job. I only have to use them once a month, and the price was very competitive. They showed up when they said they were going to. The end result was that I didn t have any bugs.
