Everything is fine. They come when they say they are going to come and do what they say they are going to do.

They are good. I would say that they are an A. They just come automatically. They do call in advance before coming. They come when they are scheduled to come. I would use them in the future.

They come out once or twice a year. We have 3/4 of an acre. They spray for weed control and fertilization. I have been very happy with them. They were prompt and punctual. They were efficient and friendly. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been using TruGreen for about 3 years and they do a really good job. They come out every time I call and always do what I ask.

I have used them for over eight years and the price has not changed. I've had the same guy for eight years. He asks me to open the garage door and he is very thorough. He let's me know what he is doing. I refer them to other people.

They are always on time, they do a good job. I wasn't happy with them once, and they resprayed for free. I will continue to use them for our lawn.

I'm not happy with them. No matter what they did, the grass doesn't look green. They were not doing the job. So I have dropped from using them. They were probably not doing their work correctly. They were quick to come out when I was not around and we don't know what they did. They sounded professional. I would not be using them in the future.

Their applications are customized for your lawn at the particular time of year. They are very punctual. They send you a postcard of their schedule at the begining of the year and make you aware of any changes.

They come out regularly because I have a service with them. My grass stays better than if I do it myself. They just did a lawn service so it looks good right now. They don't leave a mess and I don't have to be here when they come. Sometimes they have irritated me before.

I hired Trugreen to fertilize my lawn throughout the year. I then started receiving solicitation calls from them. I threatened to cancel service because the calls did not stop even after calling their office numerous times. Tthey finally did. I then received a call to perform tree service for disease. As that is an ongoing issue I battle every year, I agreed. Absolutely no help or anything noticeable to the leaves. A few weeks later I get another application notice. At no time was I informed this was an ongoing service. I've since cancelled all services with Trugreen.

I watered my lawn throughout the oppressive heat every morning as encouraged by the TruGreen technician. By July, they struggled to control weeds and brown spot. By August; fungus, brown patch, crab grass were out of control. I did not hestitate to call the technician back in between treatments. He did come quickly whenever I called. However, it was very evident that they could not effectively control the problems with my lawn. The last time I contacted the technician to complain about the poor results, he replied and quot;I have done all I canand quot;. One month later (Sep), the TruGreen main office called asking me why I was dropping the service. Duh? I replied that he should have consulted with his technician before they called me. Regardless, I spoke with the office rep for over 20 minutes explaining in very good detail what my lawn problems were. He offered to have his manager call me. I replied, have your manager come and see my lawn first. He then offered another treatment. I responded that another treatment would be unsatisfactory unless they came to my home and looked at the problems first. He then stated that they have other products for fungus. Well, I replied that the tech should have used it back in July. I then requested a partial refund if he was interested in keeping my business for next year. He did not respond in the affirmative. I have since found out that TruGreen expects to lose half of their new accounts every year. Not surprised after this experience. Apparently, they do not want to use a higher cost product for correct treatment and would rather make quick $$ on a one size fits all type applications. My lawn looked better in previous years when I did it myself.

Their service has been pretty good. Sometimes, they are too aggressive in what they do, but I generally work it out with them. They have resolved problems that I have brought up. Their prices are average.

They've been very good. We have been very pleased. We were having problems with weeds that were coming back and then they came out.

I have been satisfied with the scheduled treatment service for about 15 years. My lawn is treated six times a year with crab grass preventive in the early spring (it works) as well as weed suppressants, and fertilizer. If I ever have any additional problems such as fungus or mold or infestations not covered under the scheduled treatments, I get a free consultation and if appropriate, a free treatment. TruGreen will also aerate in the fall, sow grass seed, and spread lime for an additional price. I have found it more economical to do that work myself as I find their prices a little excessive for that work.

I have the contract with Tru Green, so they just come at the proper time for the lawn to receive the proper treatments to keep it looking lush and lovely. I have not had and problems with them and they have done all they had promised to. I don't have to worry about my yard anymore; it just looks lovely.

The Tru Green Chem Lawn people were very professional and informative. I was pleased that the serviceman walked around the yard with me and pointed out the different weeds he would be targeting. He was very friendly. I will also have them come back in the fall to do aerating. We have an annual contract with them. The lawn looks better already.

They showed up on time. If they were unable to do a treatment due to the weather, they would call me and let me know. They were friendly and professional looking. I trusted the work they did. They have kept my lawn very green and free of weeds, so they did their job. They did a good job, and it only took them about twenty minutes.

I was satisfied with their service. I have used them for all of my fertilization needs. They were recommended to me by a family member and I will continue to use them. The chemicals they used took care of all of our weeds and crabgrass. The workers were very professional and did an outstanding job. I also really like that they used pet friendly chemicals.

Truthfully, I just recently signed an agreement for service with the people at True Green. So far, they have only been out to my home two times, but, the lawn looks good. As long as things continue going the way they have been then I will have no choice b

We just started using their services again because our yard was starting to look bad. We had a problem with one of their tech's lying about treating our yard when he didn t. The company was very slow to follow up on it. We were not very satisfied with that experience and hope things have gotten better. We only tried them again because we couldn t get anyone else to come out.

They did a good job on my yard. We could visibly see them spread the fertilizer. We were satisfied for the most part with their service. They did what was expected of them as they kept our grass green. We have nothing really bad to say about them on the work level. The only complaint that I have with them is the cost of their service however I do have a rather large yard to do.

I wasn t very happy with their services because after they sprayed the lawn, there were still patches of weeds everywhere. I signed into a summer contract with them because I thought that was the only way to get rid of the weeds. I thought the price was pretty high, but everyone charges about the same.

I have gotten so many complements on our yard since they sprayed my lawn. I had these guys come out and they made our lawn look beautiful. I do feel that they gave us an excellent price. They do come and spray my lawn every few months and they really have made a difference on my lawn.
