Description of Work: I signed up for a one year contract, paid in full (my first mistake) for the total lawn package. I was told I would receive a welcome phone call from my local office...didnt happen. I was told that i would receive my first application the next week...didnt happen This went on for three weeks...without a phone call or a visit. The only reason I knew any of this...I could access my account online and could view the schedule service dates ...which didnt happen. DO NOT use this company!!!!

+ -1 moreIt wasn t as if they weren't doing their job for me and giving me bad results. The problem I had was that they got some of the chemicals on some of the plants while spraying, and it killed them. When I asked if they would reimburse the cost of those plants, they refused. That was when I decided to just quit using them.

+ -1 moreThey always showed up when they said they would and they did the work and seemed to be trying their best. Unfortunately they couldn t do anything to improve my yard. I don t think it was anything they did wrong; I just had bad soil here. This did take place during a drought over the summer.

+ -1 moreThese guys knew what they were doing and they got rid of all the dandelions in our yard. Our yard looks great now. We have been using them for about 4 years now and the first year was the most noticeable improvements. Now it is just upkeep and they came out several times a year and we were happy with their services.

They have been cutting my lawn for several months now and I am very pleased. They arrive as scheduled every two weeks and they are always prepared. My lawn is rather large so the fee is a little higher than others, but, I do not complain. They do such an excellent job, why wouldn t I keep them around.

The round one fertilizer and round two fertilizers was the same almost as if they didn't pay attention. It's fair to say that I had a really green lawn, but not the perfect experience at all.

The contract with Tru Green is for them to come out seven times a year. The office lets me know when they are coming so I can pay when they are done.
