I called for an estimate and Rob came by that afternoon. I had gotten another estimate that was much higher so I went with his estimate. I mentioned I was an Angie's list member but somehow the advertised discount was left out (5%) so be sure to check for it. I signed the contract on Wednesday night and he was on the job on Thursday and complete by 4 p.m.. The large oak tree was near the house so it had to be craned over the house. I asked that any branches over 3" be left for firewood and they did. They also cut up the branches into fireplace size pieces. Their cleanup after the job was good although a few small branches were on the roof. They were fast and lived up to their "A" rating. I recommend getting an estimate from them and would hire them again.

Rob showed up and gave me an estimate for a tree to be cut down. He went over what the particulars of job would be and what was included in the cost and what wasn't. He was patient with me as I asked lots of questions. This was done at late in the afternoon after normal working hours. I originally had it scheduled 72 hours out but called and asked if they could come a day earlier on a Saturday to take it down. They agreed and did not charge me extra. Rob and 3 others showed up and worked to take the tree down in an efficient manner in the span of about 2 hours. They came at 9am rather than at 6am (to my neighbors delight). They were finished by about noon.

Rob and his crew of 4 showed up on time and went to work immediately. They brought a bobcat and tree chipper to make the work easier and faster. They cut down four large dead tree trunks/limbs, put them in the chipper and cleaned up when they were all through. They even cut off a tree stump that was not part of the contract. All the men worked fast and efficiently and were courteous and respectful. They were finished in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with the job and look forward to hiring them in the future.

A representative stopped by Thursday evening and provided me with an estimate. Decided to remove the trees versus some of the branches and was told a team would be by Friday morning at 0900. The team arrived on time and within an hour, completed the job. Because of Angie's List, I received a 5% discount so the cost was actually $475.00. I highly recommend this company...just wish I had more trees that needed to come down.

The company lived up to its name...RELIABLE. Two large oak trees uprooted and fell smack-dab in the middle of my roof as a result of the wind storm on 6/13/13. I contacted the 24/7 number listed in the phone book for Reliable and spoke to Rob. I explained the situation and he stated that he'd be right over. He arrived at my house in about half-an-hour with a crane and staged it for an early next morning tree removal (it was well past dark by this time). Rob stated he and his crew would be at my house at 7:30 the following morning....they were here at 7:20 (great!). Rob, Frank, Chris & Derrick spent the next hour & a-half removing and cutting up the two trees. I was very impressed at how well they worked together and how quickly & safely did the job. I can't say enough about their responsiveness and professionalism. I plan to request their services in the future for other tree work.

Originally we were only going to cut down one tree. Then we opted to cut down more dead trees at the property line. Instead of charging by tree, he gave us a quote to clean up the entire back yard! They were punctual, professional and did not leave a mess.

They responded to the initial phone request with a quote within 24 hours and performed the work within a few days. Work, attitude and professionalism were excellent. Cost was reasonable for the level of effort required.

The owner, Rob, came out and gave us an estimate. He was very nice and professional. He and his crew were able to make it out the very next week. They were very professional and worked very fast. They kept us informed as to where there were in the process, and when it was all over they asked us if we were satisfied or if we saw anything else they should remove. They also did a great job of cleaning up all the limbs and debris. They also pointed out a neighbors tree that we should keep an eye on. I would highly recommend this company and be contacting them if we need any more tree work in the future.

He cut down three trees and ground the stumps down. He took the derby away. He was efficient with his service. The trees that were cut down could have fallen on our house during a storm, so I was concerned that they my do so during removal. He was very careful. Other companies were charging a lot more for these services, so I was very pleased with his price. He did leave chips for mulching as I requested.

Experience was great. We had many very tall pines. They were professional, quick. Would definitely use again!

Reliable had previously performed tree removal service for us during the last hurricane. Contacted Rob for a quote on Saturday morning and made an appointment that day for removing of several trees. Rob arrived on time. Recieved a very quote for 4 trees and grind 5 stumps. The work would start that same week on Wednesday. Again Rob and his crew arrived on time and went to work. When I arrived home from work Rob pointed out several other trees that were leaning towards the house and made an offer I could not refuse and the next day came back and cut down 5 more trees and gound down the stumps. They left the yard as clean as could be expected and I had plenty of mulch for the flower beds. I contacted Rob that night because I had a question he came by the next day as promised and resolved my concern.

The service was great. Others in our neighborhood have used this company with good results as well.

We had such a huge pine tree in our yard and that was one of the reasons that we wanted it taken down. I liked that they took the fencing down to work on the tree-I liked that they cleaned up the trimmings and clippings and they also did the stump grinding.
