There was a $50 off coupon on the internet for a contracted yearly service agreement ($90 a quarter) the offer expires 12/31/08, which I was at first reluctant to sign. However with a low cost start up fee of $40 and with a contract that averages about $1 a day for piece of mind it's a great deal. Additionally Brenda also brought over a $40 OFF coupon in case I didn't get the coupon from their web site! She said National will come over anytime, retreat and re-bait traps as required during each quarter. They definitely earned my business and I would high recommend them to others.

They are very effective. I don't necessarily have to be home to do the job. They are very reliable and I highly recommend them. They are all very professional.

I have been calling them to do this for many years now. They are quick and are great at providing service, they keep my house clean and they are very friendly too. They offered me to come on a regular basis but I would rather call them whenever I need them.

National Exterminator came out to our house on time and took about 30 minutes to spray the entire condo. I was very satisfied with the work. The gentleman they sent out to do the job was very professional and represented the company in a good fashion. I was impressed.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:00. Approximately 9:12, received a phone call to state that the scheduled technician was sick, and a replacement would be there somewhere between 9:30 and 10:00. Further questioning put the time at 10:00. At 9:30, we received another phone call explaining that the technician misread his appointments and would not be able to make it at all. Rescheduled for another date the following week with another technician. The initial telephone conversation to set the appointment was very positive, but the inconsistencies on the actual day of the appointment made me very skeptical of the service I would be receiving. Consequently, the rescheduled appointment was cancelled.

We had the first inspection of our property done and learned we had termite damage. We have an on going treatment plan that s provided by National. So far they have done a pretty good job; however I think sometimes they could do better. They are a little

They come out quarterly for pest control and once a year for termite inspection. They only treated when necessary and they guarantee their work. They are very reputable and I can count on them to take care of any pest problems as they always have in the past. It s $90 per visit for pest control and $100 for the termite inspection.

We were pretty happy with the inspection they did. They were extremely thorough and made sure to check under the house and all throughout the house. We have used them for 15 years and they have kept the termites away. They showed up when they said they would and we were satisfied with them.

They have done a good job of keeping the pests and termites away. The last time they were here they spread some pellets in the yard and around the parameter of the inside and outside of my house. They did a thorough check to make sure there was no infestation. I am under a contract so if I spot bugs I just call them and they come right back. The only upset that I have with them is that they keep on increasing their rates.

They guys who came out were real nice and helpful. They checked all around the foundation of our home. They also checked the garage and that was included in the price also. I have used them for many years and the termites haven't been a problem, so the service they provided has been excellent.

If during the year I see any termites, they come right over and will spray at no cost to me. As it is in my contract, they honor it. They are very good doing their inspection and they look everywhere. They are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and polite.

They got rid of all the ants that we had and the guys were very nice to us. They did not spray at all in our home because I have a health condition. That did not stop them from getting rid of the bugs though. The price actually covers a whole year contract and they will come out free in the mean time to spray if we see any bugs around the home.
