They are very good. They were professional and showed up on time. I have been doing business with them for over 10 years.

I can't tell you much, because my wife dealt with them, but I don't think she was too happy with the results. We actually had a long-term contract with them. She wasn't happy, because we had some kind of cockroach infestation or something. They never really got rid of it.

It is a year long service. I had two contracts; one was for pest management and the other was for termite control. They were so fantastic with customer service that I wrote a letter to the president of the company praising their workers.

They were fine. The last time he came out and gave us our quarterly treatment. There are no bugs so they must do a good job.

Very professional, did a full anti-termite baseline treatment (drilling foundation, small trenches along crawlspace perimeter) and sprayed wood in crawlspace to stop mold. Did it all in one day, which was surprising. Good clean up.

Very well. My husband is always here when they come so we ensure the work is done. We had other pest control companies that did not perform the service we paid for so now we just make sure someone is home when they come to do the service.

I didn't have any problems with them. They really don't have anything that stood out about them per se. They do have a new person that's doing the termite and he's booking us on appointments which makes it a little bit easier for the company. They are very professional.

The price is reasonable. They have been fine. If there is damage to the property, I am sure there might be a fee and it is nominal, but they will come out and repair the damage. The quality of service is good.

If I have any problems they come out immediately. I havent had any trouble with termites after contracting them a couple years ago. They have always been prompt and professional. They use environmentally friendly solution.

I Have used this company for 4 years. I use them for both Termite ($102.00/yr) and Pest Control ($77/quarterly). I am very pleased with their services. Tod came first this morning for Termite. He was very friendly and professional. Tod explained to me what to look for and told me to call if I saw anything. Then, Ty came for my pest control. Ty is great, I see him about 4 times a year! Very friendly and professional also. They both come in and do what needs to be done. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing their services.

From scheduling my appointment to the actual service date, everything went smoothly. When Joshua showed up his window of arrival time was set for 11am - 12 noon. He arrived at 11:18am, and apologized for being "late." He said he likes to arrive at 10:59am when he's supposed to be at someone's home between 11am and 12 noon! The sub basement was rampant with spiders and also infested with termites. The problem I had was the room's contents are boxes upon boxes of paper, packed tightly together; making it very hard for insecticide to get inbetween the papers (to permeate) to treat the insect infestation. The simple bug bomb I set off couldn't get inbetween the pages, and the insecticide didn't leave a residual effect for future insects. So National's service fixed all of my problems, killed all the bugs, prevented all the bugs from coming back and did it all for $90 per quarter. And additional treatments in between quarters are done at no extra charge. Very important for me feature was this contract is a guarantee of NO MORE BUGS, and it's transferrable to a new owner of the house. I'm selling my house soon, and I wanted the new owners to be able to have the service I've paid for in advance. The fungus treatment was basically the same thing, only they killed a fungus instead of a bug. The fee was $50 per month for 10 months, and again the service is a warranty (guarantee) against future fungus infestation, and it's transferrable to the new house owners.

Company was hired to exterminate bed bugs. Not a bad infestation, we caught it early. After the first treatment, I noticed that they hadn't even moved the beds, which meant my beds were not treated for bedbugs. I called and complained and staff was very accomidating, saying they would sched another treatment in another two weeks. They did say that it could take up to three treatments. So I gave in and allowed for the next few treatments. I was so desperate to get rid of these bugs. After the next treatment, My bed, the one where the infestation originated, was poorly treated again ( I could see the residue of the spray used to treat my furniture sprayed along the flat surface and not in the crevaces and cracks?!?!?) and no casters were placed under the bed posts. I asked for them and they went back and put them on only some of the posts. Seriously, why??? All in all, after 4 treatments, having to pack up and wash EVERY cloth and fabric thing in my home, empty all closets and drawers and shelves EVERY TIME, I still had bed bugs and I was still calling and complaining. Finally I wised up and bought some diatomaceous earth and treated my bed myself, and that finally did it.......Or so I thought. It is now 1 year later, and I just had to throw away all my livingroom furniture as I am under attack again. An old pillow was taken out and left on the couch and now I have them again. I am treating myself with the D.E.food grade and it is taking forever, but I am through with National. BTW....They stopped sending me my bill as they are sure I have no intention of paying off the rest of my bill!

They are pretty reliable and the only thing that I didn’t like is that they were to come back to give us a treatment which was part of our service agreement and they made an appointment with us and somehow it got lost or mixed up but they made it good. It resolved itself. They are good. They are local and reputable. Even with this problem they were excellent and I would give them the top notch.

They are expensive and I am trying to find someone who deals with moles. I want to find someone who is eco-friendly and can get rid of varmints. If they miss anything they come back out for free.

I think pest control services are overpriced, but this was the best deal we found. We pay $90.00 every 3 months and they will come out in between if need be. I don't know much about the company, but I know the guy that comes out to us is named Tyler and he is a stand up guy! He calls if he is running behind or ahead of time. He always cleans his shoes before coming in. He is polite, honest, kind and helpful. I'd go back to them time and time again just because of Tyler's awesome customer service!

I don't really interact with them. My husband does but, our overall experience with them have been excellent.

They did the service for a whole year and we didn't see any improvement. They came every month. But, I ended up canceling the service because they didn't fix the problem.

My experience was negative. I sold the home and it didn't pass the home inspection because there was moisture under the house which I do not blame them for. They explained to me that it would take several days to complete the work. They came when they said they would come and I left work early and found the men asleep in the cul-de-sac in their truck. It did not make me happy.

They check inside the house for termites, pests, ants and so forth. They also spray outside the house and make sure that the outside of the house is treated so that ants can't get in. I was satisfied with them. They are pretty good.

Every visit is scheduled in advance and they are on time.

We are not satisfied with their services. We have to keep calling them to come back out, because they can't get rid of the pests. We were thinking about switching to a service which is greener. We have had a contract with National for over three years. When they first started, they were wonderful. They were very prompt, they gave me the sheets that listed the chemicals, because I am very sensitive. I have endometriosis which has made me very chemically sensitive. Now, when the guy comes, he uses a pump thing, and sprays it up and down my walls. The walls are dripping when he leaves. I have to wipe it off because I have an animal, and I don't want my animal to be sick. He even sprayed my animal's food! Now, when he comes, I pick up the food and unlock all the doors so he can go out and do the porch. I watch him very closely. I'll ask him if he's sprayed the back porch, even though I know he hasn't done it. He'll tell me that he forgot, or he'll tell me he did. I don't want to call him a liar. So, we are changing companies. The good thing, is that if you keep calling them, they send someone back, without charging you. The bad thing is that it's always the same technician, so you can't improve on the service. I have complained to National over, and over. They say the tech we have services the area, and it can't be changed. The tech is a nice person, but he is a little creepy. I wouldn't want him in the house if I wasn't here. I would have to rate him a D. I will not use them after the contract expires. I think the problem is with the technician, not the company. I love Angie's List. I failed myself when I didn't use Angie's List to find an indoor contractor. Boy, did I mess up! You guys are awesome! You can't fly solo without Angie's List! I still use the camera you sent when I signed up.

They showed up on time and did a good job. They did not sell me any unnecessary services or products.

I have a contact with them and they do my termite once a year and they do quarterly bug treatments. They send a postcard to let me know when they are coming. They do exactly what you need to do.

They come out once every three months. I haven’t needed them in the house recently. They will come in the house if I say I want them to, but that’s not usually convenient because I have to leave the house open, and I can’t go in for something like half an hour and then go back and close up. They spray around my house without being a concern to me because of my dog in the yard. They will also come out for anything I want during the three month period. I could have them do more for the money if I wanted to, but I really haven’t needed them inside the house recently because they will come inside for the same price I pay them for every three months and I could call him back anytime for inspections or for spraying for anything inside the house. They do send me a card, and I can get in touch with them if I need. If I looked around, I might be able to find better, but I am generally satisfied with their service.

They show up when they say that they're going to. It was a very good experience. The quality of their work was pretty good. We used to use them for roaches as well. We were paying $90 for 10 minutes worth of work. So we cut out that service but we still continue to use the termite one. They're very thorough. Their forms have a list of items that they have to check.
