Description of Work: National exterminating did a whole house treatment for us after termites were found on an interior wall. We have been customers of theirs for over 20 years and they came out and texted to see if the termites were still active and luckily they were not. They then dispatched the repair crew who replaced the damaged piece of baseboard and did not skimp by trying to replace only the damaged portion but to our satisfaction replaced the entire strip of baseboard. The technician showed up on time to do the house treatment and was very thorough in explaining exactly what he did. It was once again obvious they were concerned with not cutting corners and were determined to do an excellent job. I'd highly recommend National Exterminating as we would not have kept our relationship with them for 20+ years if we were not pleased with their service.

Description of Work: I opened my my closet door to the living room and it just fell away from the hinges.The hinges then pulled out of the frame. At the time we were installing a new wood floor and the guys working on our floor were nice enough to investigate the problem. We found extensive termite damage to the closet and closet floor all the way to the living room. (The floor company, by the way, was JUST FLOORS and I would recommend them to anyone who needed work done.)We called National and they sent someone out that afternoon. He inspected and sprayed for termites appropriately. We decided to contract them to make sure we never have this problem again. They are about the same in price as most exterminators, maybe a tad bit higher that a few, but the yearly maintenance is very affordable. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Showed up 30 minutes early, which was more than fine with me, did his checks. Said there was a little dampness, but could be from all of the recent rain, will recheck in 3 months. Was professional.

Description of Work: Yearly inspection. We have had no problems. I know that several people I know have had trouble when there are active termites- their contract now has a statement that states that if there is any wood to ground contact or any conditions that cause moisture, the damage warranty is voided. Not sure if this is standard practice but I did notice it on my renewal notice this year. Seems somewhat interesting given that wood to ground contact is going to happen on most properties in at least a few spots.

Description of Work: Poor customer service!!! We've used them for over 4 years and have only kept them because we can't afford to pay the $1000 to switch to another termite company. They show up without any notice and walk in my backyard without consent and they are rude and treat customers as if they are doing us a favor.
