Description of Work: After several years without a regular quarterly pest control service, I had real problems this year, especially with ants. I decided to call Colonial and resume the service. The initial service included thorough external and interior treatments. Very pleased with the serviceman's professionalism and work ethic. No more ants!!!!! Love it.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd year I used Colonial for my termite inspection. I used them the first time after my long-term exterminating company (Superior in Va Beach) noted that my crawl space moisture barrier was shot. Superior's price to replace the barrier seemed high, so I called around and hired Colonial. Other contractors who went into the crawl space told me Colonial did a great job, so I switched my termite inspections to them.

+ -1 moreThis was what I would consider just a very general service and from what I could tell to this point, they did what I expected. I haven't seen an increase in bugs and that's a good thing. They were not out here very long, they did the application and they took off. They were very nice people and made sure I knew when they were scheduled to come out for the next application.

+ -1 moreThese guys kept the bugs out of our home, and the guy that came out was very friendly. The price they charged us was less than the other companies in town, not by much, but still we save money by using these guys. We have been using them for quite a few years now.

This is only an annul visit but that is all that has been necessary. They call us one month prior to our annual appointment to make sure we have the time to spare; if not they reschedule. We are very happy with their performance and have no intention of switching to another company.
Description of Work: Colonial Exterminating Company performed a termite inspection, and applied insecticide for other pest infestations.

+ -1 moreWe had really seen excellent results with the spraying they did. We wanted to be free of ants and for the most part, that was the case. If I needed or wanted them out they didn t put me off for weeks and were very understanding. They didn t spray inside, but I wouldn t hesitate to let them in if it was needed.
Description of Work: I had them spray around the basin on the outside of our home. They also sprayed places in our yard for black ants.
