Description of Work: I called in the morning after finding water leaking around the hot water heater. Originally I was told someone would not be able to come out until Friday (3 days later). However, they had a cancellation and came out that afternoon. They arrived at the estimated time and replaced the hot water heater. The 2 men were very nice and professional.

Description of Work: They installed a replacement air conditioner and gas furnace today. As far as I can tell, the installation was completed professionally and our new unit functions very well.

Description of Work: Angies list really came through for me I'm a retired hvac mechanic so I can make a reliable review. My ac condenser needed to be replaced, I called 3 companies from Angies list . Universal heating and air impressed me right away , I spoke to Steffen on the phone he came on time to give me an estimate, great personality and attitude. Very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. He gave me an excellent estimate. He came right on time to replace the unit and he and his men did a professional job in a short time . The job looked great and worked great. My house cooled down quickly, they left a clean work sight. No problems, I will use them for future work. It's so rare these days for things to go so smooth with a contractor.
