We like it. They are good.

Wertz was very helpful from start to finish. We upgraded the pad and the choice in carpet (due to heavy traffic) particularly on the stairs. They took the time to explain the various warranties on the carpet they sell. They also found us a great sales price on the carpet we chose. Customer service (often a thing of the past) was excellent. From sales to installation they kept us informed as to when the carpet was expected to be in their shop and when it would be installed. The installers arrived right on time and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. Beautiful job! You can't see ANY seams anywhere! We would definitely do business with them again!

They will be doing more later. They did a bedroom that was 10' x 12'. The price included everything, the carpet and installation. They are a small company and very prompt. They do a lot of residential work. I've had floors they've put in 30 years ago and there hasn't been an issue with them so I say why bother with anyone else. They are the same as they always were, it took them 4 hours, they were done and it looks perfect.

Great Experience!! The DuraCeramic product looks great and feels great under bare feet. Very Pet-friendly and the glue didn't leave residual odors. Installers were a Father\Son team with experience in the product. The Team showed up on the scheduled days. There was a scheduling conflict on one day and the team both notified ahead and stayed late\worked a partial Saturday to bring the schedule back in line. As laying the Diagonal pattern takes additional time, the Team was careful to design a layout that flowed with the open room floorplan. End result was a smooth visual transition from room to room. Wertz called twice during the installation to check progress. Both the Store, and the Install Team were great to work with. If I do more DuraCeramic, I'll come back to Wertz... Very Happy with the result !!!...

This is one of several flooring jobs, we have gone to Wertz for. They are the best in this region, and never fail to do a great job. Their crew was efficient, well behaved, and usually finish in less time than they originally stated. In this case, it was done in one morning, and the carpeting was stretched extra tight, with no seems showing. Wertz is the only carpeting, and flooring company we deal with.

They were absolutely perfect. They came before the appointment. They tore up the old carpet with respect of my home and laid the new carpet. For the services we got, the price was great.
