From the time we submitted a request, Wertz was very quick to respond. They came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate compared to many other companies. When we went into their showroom, we were greeted by their friendly store dog and friendly faces. They were very informative in helping us choose samples to which were shipped to our house days later. The crew that came out to install the carpet were great! They were very personable and efficient. They even vacuumed each room out before putting the furniture back in. I would definitely use them again.

Brian Wertz came for the estimate which was less than I expected. He was very easy to work with, choosing wood and carpet and tile. I was able to go in and pick flooring during my lunch break. His teams were very professional, especially the hardwood floor installer was outstanding. He even showed up on a Saturday to finish the job.

This is a great company. I will definitely be using them again in the future when we re-do our downstairs flooring. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, and the workmanship was great. The couple of small installation concerns I had were dealt with ASAP and corrected quickly and easily. Overall, a fantastic experience and my carpet looks great!

Working with Brian was extremely easy. He provided the same exact carpet and pad as a local competitor at 15% less. John the installer could not have been more friendly and understanding. Our 10 month old daughter was home during the installation and he did his best to be accommodating for her nap time and frequent changings. Most importantly the job looks great. John did an awesome job with the install and I highly recommend him and Wertz flooring.

Carpet was delivered as scheduled and professionally installed by installer as scheduled.

We decided to get our carpeting from Wertz because they are a small family-owned business and they had good reviews. Everything went well and we were pleased with the new carpeting until the large room over the garage got a large wrinkle which went the entire length of the room, within the first year of installation. This room does not get much traffic since it is a sewing room. I called Wertz to let them know about it, and since it had been down awhile I offered to pay them to come out and restretch it, but they said no problem, we will take care of it for you. So I waited, expecting them to call and set up a time, but they never called back. So we went back to the store thinking if we spoke to them in person maybe we would have better luck in getting them to restretch the carpet. Again they told us they would speak to their installer and would get back to us. More time passed and finally I went back to the store and told them I really need to get this taken care of because by then I had moved everything out of the room so they could just come in and fix their mistake. After a few more weeks passed I paid another floor specialist $150 to do the job properly and it only took less than an hour to trim and stretch the carpet. I would not recommend Wertz because if there is a problem they don't follow up and I won't send them any more business.

Very nice product and great installation. The installer went above and beyond to address small issues and help with moving some of our bigger items.

Excellent service in all regards. They worked with me extensively in the process of choosing which product I wanted to use. They even delievered samples to my house over the weekend. The work was done quickly and the job looks great.

Installers did great job. The sample flooring that was decided on was not indicative enough of the final installation "look" as the color pattern is more varied, It would have been nice if the owner had checked back with us after installation to get our feedback. This just as a courtesy

Price, selection, etc. was very good. The installer they provided did an excellent job of installing the floors. No problems or issues of any kind.

The installation was professional and efficient. When the vinyl was laid,the seam was noticeable, as the color was different from one section to the other.When the installers noticed it,they were willing to remove it and start over with another b/c they said that it was not "perfect",as it should be. We discussed the options and worked with the Armstrong factory rep,who authorized either replacing or not charging for the installation as it was. We opted to leave the vinyl as installed and were not charged for the project. Armstrong assumed responsibility and absorbed the cost of installation. This corrective process was handled professionally by Mr. Wertz and the Armstrong rep. All was resolved within a matter of days. I couldn't believe that we were not charged for this project. I can not laud Wertz Flooring adequately. They could not have been more professional and pleasant and concerned about our satisfaction with their work and the final outcome/resolution.

We liked them. It was good price and also good timing. They were quick. They were in and out in a day and that was important just because we had it done like a couple of days before Christmas and a couple of days before we were having company coming. They did a great job. We didn't have any problems with them.

We are new to the area and so when asked about who we should use for flooring, another local company recommended Wertz. I have used them one other time since finding them to replace our subfloor and vinyl flooring in the laundry room and have been extremely satisfied with their price and workmanship. I will never use the big box stores for flooring again. I prefer the local guys because they generally do a better job because they have a reputation in the community to uphold. Wertz makes it easy to choose them because of the exceptionally friendly customer service (I adore John!! - the main sales representative), great prices, and huge selection of products. I have only used them twice but I have talked to them several times over the phone. I don't ever feel like just another customer and John and David (owner) really take pride in the service and products they provide. Picking out the carpet was easy. John is very attentive and really listens to what you tell him you want/need. I never feel like he was trying trying to "sell" me anything and I know the price he gave me is a fair one. John and David are decent and honest guys. There is no negotiating or guessing like with some of the other flooring dealers out there. I got another quote before finding Wertz and the other quote was slightly higher. The deal breaker for me was that other company had horrible customer service. The lady I spoke to made it seem like I was bothering her whenever I called to ask a question. They use a guy name Buddy and his assistant for the installation of the flooring. Both are a pleasure to work with and I particularily enjoy Buddy. He is just a really friendly guy and both his and his assistant's workmanship is impeccable. I used a remnant for my carpet so additional carpet needed to be ordered. It only took a few days from the time the order was placed to the time for installation. After installation you cannot tell where one starts or ends. The team took their time and paid attention to detail and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Working with Wertz is easy. I know this seems trival but with my hectic schedule, I don't have the time to haggle with a salesperson or fight crowds at the big box stores, only to be treated like another customer. Wertz really provides a personal touch and their prices and selection are very competitive, if not better, than most places. It really was a pleasure working with them and they now have a customer for life. I highly recommend them.

I love Wertz flooring!! I worked with mostly John and he is such personable guy. He is patient and very knowledable and friendly. We were hoping to replace our water heater in our new home before it leaked but found out, when the plumbers removed it, that it was slowly leaking all along. It has rusted through the metal pan and completely rotted the subfloor underneath and our home inspector completely missed it. It was an emergency because they could not replace the water heater until the floor was repaired so we would not have any hot water. I called Wertz because the plumber recommended them and I am so glad I did! I called at 6pm on a Thursday evening frantically and got John. He was so helpful and got the owner, David, to come take measurements the next day because of the urgent situation. The repairs were made in a timely and very professional manner. Buddy, the carpenter, and his assistant did an excellent job and I am so pleased with the floor. They cleaned up after themselves and did such a great job I booked them for another project a few weeks later even though I had planned on using another company before I found Wertz. I will never use the big box stores again when I can get friendly, professional, and very afforable service from my local community. Thanks John and David!!!
