Rahim did a fantastic job! He showed up early and after my husband showed him what we wanted done he got right to work. We had him painting wood trim, which is a tedious, back breaking chore for my husband. He didn't need to tape anything off and there was no paint anywhere it didn't belong. Rahim is very personable and does a meticulous job. We will contact him for any future painting jobs that we don't want to do ourselves and will recommend him to anyone we know who needs a painter.

Great. My wife picked a paint that would match our house and Devan, one of Jay's painters painted the exterior of the shed. Looks great.

Overall, I was happy with the work (took longer than I expected, but he finished the room). He didn't have time to put up the quarter round, but that was no big deal...did it myself. That one room took all day, but he was very diligent about getting it done in the allotted time.

It went pretty well. I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars. It was more in the summer, more warm months like June or July 2015. There were no additional costs. The best part was that they were pretty friendly and had experienced painters come. The worst was they were late a couple of days. They were a little bit unorganized. There were some marks that had to be touched up. I was overall satisfied but I probably won't use them again but it was fine.

Very good experience with this company. We started with an Angie's List deal for 1 day of painting to determine how it would go. Our painter arrived on time and was able to complete everything we had hoped in 1 8-hr day. Quality of the job was very good. We were pleased with the results and price, contracted out for 2 more painting days. A different person was out each time, and results were consistent. Everyone was very professional, polite.

Painter was a little late to show the first day, but I called and figured out where he was and that he'd be over soon. Professional, quick, and the rooms look great.

Only one painter. He did an excellent paint job... just took much longer than expected. Both days he arrived about 30 minutes later than expected. I had purchased "The Big Deal" for $247 for eight labor-hours of interior painting in a day. He arrived at 8:30am, took awhile to get things set up. Later, he asked if it would be OK to return the following day to finish the job due to a family emergency. I was OK with it and agreed. He stopped painting around 12:30 and spent the next half hour cleaning up. He calculated he worked 5 hours the first day. I wasn't going to argue that point because I figured he would not include start up and cleanup times into his calculations the following day. So, by his calculations, I still had 3 hours left on the Big Deal. He arrived the following day around 10:30 and finished the job around 5pm. He added $120 for the extra time spent on painting. So, in the big picture, I felt it was a fair price for the quality of work completed and he was also a very nice man.

Very friendly, did a great job! Ceilings and trim look so much cleaner & brighter. At my house for 8 hours. I finally made him sit down and eat something. :) (This was Rahim). Then John came out March 9 to paint my upstairs windows on the outside since they are so hard to get to. Very, very thorough. Also a very nice man. Plan to hire them again! Good price too!

We loved the guy who came to our house and did the work. He did a great job. He was professional, flexible and easy to work with. The only thing I would note is that the deal said they would do patching. They mean very small patching, so keep that in mind. We had three holes 4x4 though 2 x8 inches and they would not patch those. So I assume by patching they mean nail holes.

Pretty well. A tiny bit of miscommunication - but the painter did a great job.

Devon arrived exactly on time. We explained what we wanted done and he immediately got to work. He was very professional and friendly. He was so efficient that he got much more accomplished than we had hoped for. The quality of his work was outstanding - crisp clean lines and smooth walls. We couldn't have hoped for anything better. I will definitely use them again and recommend them without reservation.

I didnt even contact them to correct because i didnt even want them back in my house , besides, I shouldn't have to ! but when he asked about my review i sent him pictures but no response.

Difficulty communicating with provider by both email and phone; decided to get refund on coupon and go with another provider

It went good. He did a very good job. My only problem with them was that I thought he was coming in November but he came very early. It wasn't the technician it was more of the companies scheduling.

The painter did a great job. This was an Angie's List deal. $199 for 6 hours of door and trim painting. Because he was such a good painter, he got much more done than I expected in the time allotted.

Trogdon sent an email saying they couldn't do the work (contracted Sept 17) on Sept 25. The soonest they could come out was October 19th! I am having my Home Office floors redone and then, painting the room. I could not do without internet for a month! So, I asked for a refund from Angie's List and that was processed smoothly. The reason I put I wouldn't use them in the future is that 30 days out is really not acceptable. I was in business for 40 years and never told a client they'd have to wait 30 days for me to get to them. Since Angie's List program won't let you put what really happened in their fields, please read review. Their system needs to be modified.

First filled in all of the wholes left after pictures and fixtures were replaced. Filled them, sanded and prepped for painting. They painted the ceilings white and the walls a light gray.Jay was careful to use a different paint in the bathroom, something designed for moisture. Where the colors meet at the ceiling they did a nice sharp line. Much better that what I did several years ago. Great job!

Excellent work at a great price. Work was done timely, neatly, and professionally. Covered dark grey with white.

The guy Jay sent was on time, professional and one of the best painters I have ever worked with and definitely plan to use him again..

This was an "Angie's List Pre-paid Deal / Coupon" that was handled poorly but the contractor, Angie's list and I did not have the time to chase folks down either. I cleared my Saturday morning to meet with him and the provider cancelled last-minute. From there the experience only got worse trying to reschedule.
