Description of Work: I don't remember the price, but I remember it was a great value for the level of service they provided. They measured our entire yard, and also aerated, seeded and fertilized the lawn. My wife and I were very impressed, and we plan to use them again.

Description of Work: They aerated and seeded as promised, on the scheduled date. There was an additional charge because of the size of my lawn, and an additional service provided. I asked for an estimate of follow-up work, but have not received any additional communications from them.

+ -1 moreI had them out for an estimate to remove all the grass around my house and fill in with rock in the back and mulch in the front. I think it was work that they didn't particularly do, but he measured as if they would do the estimate. I never heard back from them with an estimate.

Description of Work: Mowing every other week. They also did back yard clean up and hauling away debris. They coordinated the cutting of a large dead tree, (additional Price)

Description of Work: We had tons of Poison ivy all over the yard in our new home. He sprayed both sides of the fence all the way around the yard. Around the house and around all the trees. Mowed front and back and was very pleasant.

My brother-in-law has not used his certificate yet, because he is trying to decide whether he wants mulching done or routine cutting. Mr. Molloy was also willing to be flexible on the services provided by the certificate.
Description of Work: I wanted to arrange for some lawn service for my brother-in-law as a thank you to him. Mr. Molloy provided an estimate for me for work to be done. He then created a personalized "certificate of appreciation" for me to give to my brother-in-law. Mr. Molloy was able to get this done for me very quickly and even called to check that I had received it since he had not yet heard back from my brother-in-law as to when he would like his yard work done. I was thrilled with the certificate and the speed in which I was able to obtain it. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I really appreciated his willingness to help me give this gift and the presentation was terrific. Better than I had planned actually.

+ 2 moreGreat experience. I initially called to get my leaves removed. They came out and did this within the week with great efficiency. Then I had them do some tree work and remove some bushes, and this was again done with great efficiency and a reasonable price. Would certainly use them again!

Description of Work: Molloy Lawn and Landscape saved our yard. We began using their services about a year ago and are happy to be picking back up with them this year. Mark and his team are the most professional lawn and landscape providers I have ever worked with. Since they did such a good job with our lawncare we also had them build a raised-bed garden (planters, fill, gravel pathways), and take care of our annual mulching needs. To put in perspective, our newly sodded lawn was falling victim to brown-root and at risk of being ruined. Without asking, Mark contacted Virginia Green Lawncare to come assess the situation, and we put together a plan to ensure our yard stayed healthy. A year later, our yard is green this spring while most around are yellow. Big thanks to Mark and his team--they are outstanding, and I highly recommend them.
