They are excellent! I’ve used them three years in a row. They are responsive, very reliable and I have not complaints. I will recommend and continue to use them.

Terrible . I explained multiple times what was needed for trimming 30 year old azalea bushes in the front yard. I had to leave to tend to a family matter . BIG mistake . When I returned 13 mature azaleas had been reduced to scrawny scrubs . Stripped from the ground up leaving a crown on top . Big holes between the bushes . I wish I could post before and after pictures. When I asked if the owner had ever seen azaleas look like this ,the only answer ,repeated several times "we would never intentionally not do what you wanted. " I certainly didn't want this. Much difficulty getting calls and emails returned and getting a date for service .

It was a rough start, just to get a scheduled date of service. But once they did come the work was completed the same day. We did have to point out a few things, but the crew was very polite and professional. It was very hot that day!

Great job. The mulch looks great! They removed the weeds and small trees/plants that were in the area being mulched. Regarding the vines, there's a herb garden just in front of the porch. I'd let the herbs grow because I didn't want to deal with the thorny vines. They removed the vines without damaging the herbs! So happy with their work.

Went good. Good customer service and quality work. This company calls its customers back unlike so many other landscape companies.

I called and left a message and was called back and a vm message was left. I received a follow up call from a gentleman the following morning advising that he would come out and take a look at the yard and follow up with a quote. I did see him as he was leaving. I have not heard anything additional from him. This has been almost a week.

Communication was prompt, price was good, work was excellent--can't ask for more than that!

Showed up the same day that I called to remove all of my leaves. Very fast service!

They worked hard and did not stop until they had finished.

It went good once our job was scheduled, but it was challenging to get our work scheduled with the provider.

They did a great job and it looked beautiful. They charge $65 per cubic yard spread which is higher than a usually pay but the work was done very well.

The provider has not responded to my email or phone messages. I bought this service and have had no contact with them and they have missed the scheduled days that I selected services to be completed. As far as I know right now they have taken the money and have no intention of performing the services. Of course I hope that is not the case, i'd just like to be contacted and services to be rendered.

I will use Piedmont lawn services again as they exceeded my expectations on first impression. They were very professional and performed the work super quick and it looked beautiful! Although my deal didnt involve alot of money or time, I was still treated as though my business mattered to them which is important because as a consumer oftentimes its the small things that will bring back business as repeat customer. The owner gave me advice on my lawn (which needs alot of help) and also provided me with some information on my future lawn/shrub needs. I will be contacting him in the fall to help with my leaf collection.

Kenneth contacted me immediately after I purchased a coupon for 2 cu yards of mulch to be delivered and spread. We were in a hurry as we are putting our house on the market in the next 2 weeks. Kenneth advised that we would probably need more mulch than was offered in the coupon deal, even with us wanting a thinner layer than the standard 3" that he normally puts down. We agreed on delivery on Saturday (today), but we had an afternoon wedding to attend and Kenneth wasn't going to make it to our house until we left. He called me just as we were getting ready to enter the church, and politely asked if it was a good time to discuss the amount of mulch needed. He had measured our beds and found them to be much larger than I realized, so he advised the purchase of 3 more cu yards (5 total) in order to cover all of them. We agreed, and when we got home all the work was done. The beds not only all look great, but everything was cleaned up - including our driveway and front porch! One of our beds where they spread the mulch is between the driveway and walkway. As they swept up the wayward mulch around the edges of the bed, they also cleaned all the twigs and branches that had been laying in the driveway and walkway. What a wonderful surprise! Kenneth was very professional, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. While we did use a coupon for the first 2 cu yards of mulch which saved some $, their prices in general are very fair, and actually very reasonable when you consider that they also spread it, leveled it, and swept up any remaining mulch. We are VERY satisfied and happy with the results and would definitely use Piedmont again.

They are doing very well with my lawn maintenance.

Called on Saturday and the work was scheduled for the next day. Mr. Sears emailed a confirmation appointment time and then called on Sunday to adjust the time to later in the day. He arrived as promised and completed the work in a timely manner. He was efficient and professional. I was most impressed with his communication and professionalism.

They come several times throughout the year. The scheduling is fine as they have their scheduled times that they come out throughout the year and it works fine for me. I work closely with the owner but I have never actually met the team that comes out. The treatments are working just fine.

I called Malloy Lawn and Landscapte on Friday morning asking them to aerate my 2500 square foot front lawn. Even though the normal aerating season had past, they agreed to do the job and I was told they could do the job over the week-end. I received a call on Friday afternoon and was told they would be able to do the job that evening. Mark and Justin arrived exactly when they said they would be there and promptly blew off all the leaves and then both of them operated aerating machines and had the aeration job done within just a few minutes. They were very friendly and professional and charged a reasonable price for their services. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you Mark and Justin!

It did not go well because nothing happen. I called them Aug. 28th to see if they could do some yard work. They told me that they would contact me and come by in the next couple days when the rain let up. The rain let up and I didn't receive a call. I called them Aug. 31 knowing that it was a Saturday but tried to see anyway, no answer. I let another couple days go by then called again on the Sept. 4th, no answer so I left a message. I asked if they were still planning on coming by and would like to hear back from them. Today is the 9th and still no one has tried to contact me. I chose Molloy because they are close to me and had good ratings. I am really disappointed.
