From the first day of work, Miguel and his team were punctual, tidy and worked from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. The crew were all very nice and respectful of our home and did a great job!! Miguel and his crew gave us more than we expected and we love our newly remodeled home. They even finished almost 4 days earlier than he originally told us!! Everyone in our neighborhood is jealous of our house!!

We have used him over and over again and it’s been a great experience. He is so meticulous with detail. He is absolutely at clean up and removal of materials. He has been wonderful. We found him on Angie’s List and I would highly recommend him. He is really affordable.

Fabulous experience from beginning to end. Miguel and his assistant did a great job and were very neat and polite. All work was done in the timeframe provided and everything looks wonderful. I especially appreciated Miguel's suggestions regarding the repairs and the care he put into the work he did.

Mr Torres was always punctual in our meetings. His estimate was exactly what he charged me. He gave me excellent advice including advising a different trim around two of my sun room windows which otherwise would have required replacing expensive casement windows. The replacement of three regular windows was a top quality brand which he brought to show me beforehand. Mr Torres and two of his workers completed the job ahead of schedule and even stayed late one night to finish up. They always cleaned up after themselevs each day. They removed the debris and made sure the ladders and other equipment were not in the way where they were stored when not is use. I give high praise for the professionalism and quality of work Mr Torres and his crew exhibited. My wife and I are in our sixties and I can honestly say that he has been the best contractor I have ever used. I highly recommend him. I will ask for his services again for sure.

Excellent. Mr. Torres is great at what he does. The siding and trim work was matched perfectly and the interior painting is beautiful. A professional job from a professional company at a reasonable price! We have a long list of items that need to be completed on our house - Mr. Torres will be the first person we call.

I called and left a message on 3/18/2011 requesting an estimate for staining the deck. My husband called and left a message a week or two earlier. Neither of us ever received a response.

Miguel and his crew were a delight to work with. He kept us informed all the way through the process. He was the lowest priced quote we received, so were just a little nervous about going with his company. However seeing how highly rated he was on Angie?s list gave me comfort to go with him. And now that the work is complete, I am happy we did! His crew was there ready to go at 8am on the day he said they would start. I think they actually got there earlier, but out of courtesy did not get out to start work until right at 8am. I was very impressed with Miguel and his crew; they worked very hard the entire time they were here. I think the only break they took all day was to eat a quick lunch! They were extremely courteous, and always looked to make sure I was comfortable with everything along the way. The end result looked fabulous! I am very impressed, and all my neighbors are envious! I would and have highly recommended Miguel and his company to any and all of my neighbors.

I did not hire Miguel because he self-excluded. He told me immediately that the job was too big for him.

This project also went very well. Miguel worked with us to paint the living room and dining room within a week of signing the contract. We needed the trim color changed from Williamsburgh blue to white and walls taken from white to buff. I gave Miguel the paint colors and he purchased the paint. He and his crew showed up on time, worked all day the first day and returned the second and finished in the early afternoon. They did an excellent job painting and left the room as clean as they found it. Miguel is conscientious, returns phone calls, and very polite. I highly recommend him.

In December I contacted Miguel to paint the the north end of the house on the first warm day he had in his schedule. He called in early January to say the 6th looked good. He told me how much paint to buy. His crew arrived on time, scraped peeling paint and primed it. One top coat on the siding, widow trim, and sills. I did not ask him to paint the shutters or windows. Miguel and his crew left a spotless work site and did an excellent job painting. I would highly recommend Miguel, he is very conscientious, remains in contact with you, and is a pleasure to work with.

This is the fourth project that Miguel has done for us. We needed a roof installed in less than two weeks from signing the contract. He said he would do the job on the 1st, weather permitting and he kept his schedule. The dumpster showed up on time. He was flexible in starting a bit later than he wanted to meet community preferences for construction activity, His crew arrived on time, covered the bushes with tarps, they worked diligently throughout the day removing a double layer of shingles and installing the new shingles. They left the yard as they found it. Miguel went the extra mile and cleaned some debris from the facia and replaced a leaf guard for us. I cannot say enough good things about Miguel. He stays in contact, he arrives when he says he will arrive, he is flexible, and he does very good work. I highly recommend him.

This company performed an excellent job. They pay attention to all the small details and did extra things at no charge that were not in the quote. The price was below two other competitors. They showed up on time and did the job in record time.

Mr. Torres's work was excellent. He and his worker showed up on time, listened to what I wanted, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Mr. Torres and will continue to use his services

Excellent work! On time for both estimate and during the job. Very courteous and professional. Good advice on best way to handle repair. Small job but handled it like it was a much larger project. I would hire Mr. Torres again.

He did an excellent job. He was by far one of the best fellows who ever worked for me. He stayed on budget, was on time and worked extra hours to get the job done. His schedule was already heavy but he worked for me over the weekend because I was pressed for time to get this done. I would highly recommend him.

It went well. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, but I had to go with another company because of new lead paint laws. He had yet to be certified for them.

Both jobs were just marvelous; they were done efficiently, professionally, and for the price that was exactly as quoted. He did such a good job on the deck that we had him come back for the windows. We have confidence in his ability.

Miguel returned my phone call the next day and came out to give me an estimate within that week. He arrived to do the work when he said he would which was within a couple of weeks of the estimate. There was a problem with his supplier not delivering all of the materials on the first day which led to a bit of a delay; but once that was resolved, the work went smoothly and efficiently. He had to replace more siding than originally estimated, but he had told me that might happen. This added about $1200 to the final bill. Miguel was very easy to work with and I would hire him again. He is very reliable and does quality work.

My husband and I needed new drywall in 1/2 of our house. We called Miguel because he was highly rated on AL. He responded quickly but it took him a few days to come give us an estimate because his schedule was very busy. We were pleased when he showed up and meticulously measured our walls and told us all of our options. We also asked him to close up one doorway and create another, and to prime the new drywall. His itemized estimate was well below what we had expected! He started work a few days later with two assistants. They were very efficient and careful. He carefully framed the new door, going above and beyond and reinforcing it as if it were load bearing even though it wasn't. He also pulled out our outlet and switch boxes to be flush with the new drywall because we had foolishly attached them flush with the studs. The drywall looked great as well and we couldn't be happier with everything he did for us. We would trust him to do work for us again in a heart beat, and I have already recommended him to close friends and family.

Mr. Torres was extremely nice and professional. He responded promptly and we set up an appointment for him to come out and take a look at the house. He totally worked around our schedule by coming in the evening around 5:30 p.m. when we could both be there. We needed two interior walls removed, a complete kitchen renovation, and basement refinishing. He was very up front about the fact that he would not feel comfortable taking out the walls and redesigning the kitchen, since he does not do electrical or plumbing work. However, he seemed confident that he could provide us what we need in terms of basement refinishing (drywall construction, floor leveling, etc.). We really appreciated the fact that he was honest about what he can and cannot do. And he was just a super nice guy all around. We will definitely be calling Miguel Torres for any painting, flooring, drywall, or carpentry we need done in future.

This project went very smoothly. Miguel spent a morning replacing the drywall and taping the joints. He used fast-drying joint compound so he could apply three coats before leaving. He returned promptly the next morning to sand the joints and prime the area he had replaced. I painted the ceiling a week or so later and the I cannot see the repair.

He is coming back to do more work. Right now everything he has done has been excellent. We even had an appraiser come through and commented how excellent his work was. He was excellent. He was punctual, professional and they never stopped working. They kept working and working.

Miguel and his team were absolutely wonderful! They were professional, hard-working, paid attention to details I didn't even notice, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Miguel and his team to anyone and everyone! My husband and I are incredibly pleased with the quality of their work, and we plan to use them again when the outside of our home needs repainting. MIguel kept me informed about the progress of the project, and when they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. We are VERY pleased with their work.

We agreed on a price before hand and the week he would perform the work. I mentioned Fridays are good days for me to be home and he said he would try to work with me. He called me Thursday night to arrange to work the next Friday morning. He and an assistant arrived time, spent the morning replacing the columns and rail, and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job.
