Description of Work: Responded promptly to my emails with followup call and visit. We needed extensive deck replacement and housepainting. Job was done in a timely manner, excellent quality work, and very reasonably priced. I recommend Miguel highly and will call on him again.

Description of Work: I've been trying to make an appt with Sr Torres for over a year. He was either always out of town or didn't bother to call back. When I finally reached him and set up an appt, he did not show up and did not call to cancel, an act I found highly objectionable and unprofessional. I will never call this man again for anything--he just gave me the impression that he wasn't interested in my project and was terribly inconsiderate.. I tried to reach him because the reviews I read of his work were highly positive. Unfortunately, his unprofessional behavior made that all moot. Lesson learned.

Description of Work: Contacted Miguel about a fascia/roof problem on 10/18/11 and he contacted me back telling me he was too busy even for an estimate. Tried contacting him again 3/29/12 via Angieslist and via phone about a deck resurfacing job. I guess this time around Miguel was to busy to even get back to me using either method. I waited two weeks before leaving this review to give Mr Torres ample time to get back to me using either method and he did not. I guess business must be that great that you can't even find the time to get back to potential customers. This will be the last time I attempt to use this company for anything and will definitely NOT recommend his services to anyone!

Description of Work: Contacted Mr. Torres for a quote to install two new doors. During the original call, he stated that he was busy, but would call the following week. He did call, but we missed it. My wife returned the call 15 minutes later, however he wasn't there. She left a message. No response. Left another. Still no response. Sorry, but not the way to start off a relationship!
