it went great and very smoothly,the contractors were all very nice and if you had any questions or concerns they took the time and answered any and all questions for you.The designer was a huge help we did not have to do a thing it was all taken care for us (that was a huge help)she picked the design and color out all we had to do was say if we liked it or not!we also had a time limit to get it done and they finished way before the time limit, so all and all it was a great experience with this company and I would for sure use them again!!! And it all looks great!

They provide a wide range of services. I am pleased that I can email and it goes to the president of the company then he schedules my project himself. He follows up himself to make sure everything is done correctly and they have been highly responsive by telephone and email when I have had to be in touch with them. I will use them again in the future.

Bill and his team were very professional and curtious and always cleaned up the room when they were done for the day. Bill was always available via email or phone if I had any questions or concerns about the project. It was completed on time and on budget. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from Bill and the communication throughout the project. From start to finish I knew what to expect and when things would be completed. No surprises! I can't give enough credit to Homelink and we would absolutely recommend them in them for any project in the future.

He was a middleman, whom my contractor hired to do a part of the job. He was a little expensive, but was worth the quality of the job and knew his job well. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

I would give them high marks because I think they did quite well. They won the contract because they had the best price. We did a lot more stuff than we intended on doing, but it was all done to our satisfaction.

I had my call returned the next day. The estimate was recieved and approved. The service was performed to our satisfaction. I will definately call them again. I just needed some small flower beds weeded andf most lawn and garden folks don't want to do such a small job.

Our circular driveway was blocked by two trees that fell across it during Hurricane Irene. I called and left a message on Sunday morning at 7 am. By 11 am, there were three gentlemen here removing the trees. I cannot tell you how pleased we were.

It was a lowball bid and we got what we paid for. We had to have them come back out and sort of reattach it as it was coming loose along the edges. It was really thin after they did it. They corrected it, but they should've gotten it right the first time. We are not terribly pleased with them. However, in the past they had done a good job with a couple of other things they had done like a repair on our irrigation system.

Very well. Some delays due to items back ordered but worked around.

Homelink searches for contractors to fill your needs. They are not the company actually doing the work. I found that to be a barrier rather than a help. When they did send out a brick mason he was apparently not really interested in helping me in any way. He didn't take the time to really look at the home and all it's problem spots. He was in and out in a very short period of time and gave a quote that was twice as high as the contractor I finally used. I would not contact Home Link again for Home Repair or Maintenance.

Interior : painted neatly, workers also vacuumed and cleaned up . Exterior: painting and construction of the front porch was done, debris was cleaned up. His workers are very neat and professional. I am extremely fussy, and was pleased the way Bill Maslink, dealt with all the details of my projects.

Overall, the work went pretty good. They were very nice and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Job looks great. Pleased and will use their services again in the very near future.

It couldn't possibly have gone more smoothly. When I left for work I had ugly, off white walls with marks that my daughter made when she was a toddler. The room was covered with a patchwork of painted squares of test colors. I'm very particular about color and finish and had about twenty squares of different shades in every area of the room so I could see it against the drapes, the bedspread and in different lighting. When I came home from work everything was completely finished and dry. Every mark and painting square was completely covered by perfectly smooth, even paint. The color and finish was all I imagined it would be. It was exactly what I wanted. It was perfect. We normally do our own interior painting and don't want to spend the money to hire someone else to do a job that we could do ourselves. However, it was completely worth every cent we spent to have Homelink do the interior painting in this room. The height of the cathedral ceiling meant that we would not have been able to do it without renting equipment, and the size of the room would have kept us busy for more than one weekend. Also, neither of us like heights and we have a ten year old, so having someone else do this painting saved three people a lot of time, frustration, ruined weekends and vertigo. We've used Homelink for other work, and have a lot of confidence in them. Not only did the job go very smoothly, I could spend all day at work and not worry once about what the painters might be doing to my room and whether the result would look good. (My husband was at home, but he doesn't have any of my fussiness about color and finish). I just knew that everything would be perfect and it was.

We had extensive water damage to our laminate flooring in the kitchen due to a dishwasher that overflowed, then continued to send water unseen into the subflooring for months until the heating element melted through the entire dishwasher. Then it was obvious that we had to replace the dishwasher, and when we pulled it out, it was clear that a lot of the floor needed to be replaced as well. Bill Maslink from Homelink responded quickly to our request for an estimate and described exactly what they were going to do. His plan included replacing several sections of the subfloor instead of just drying it out as another contractor recommended. This was one of the reasons that we chose them. Also, their estimate was below that of other companies we contacted and they planned to inspect under all cabinets and no one else was going to do this. Since the water came from under the dishwasher, it was reasonable to assume that there could be water under some of the cabinets, so this seemed like a good idea to us. Homelink pulled out all of our lower cabinets and stove and removed all the laminate flooring with any visible signs of water damage. Once they did that, it was clear that the amount of damage was beyond their original estimate (and anyone else's estimate). There were large areas of blackened, moldy wood under the floor that were simply not visible before the laminate was removed. It was under all the cabinets as well as under parts of the kitchen floor that did not show water damage on the top flooring. I'm very glad that we decided to replace rather than just dry the subfloor, as that would have put mold into the air. (Although probably another contractor would have revised their plan when they saw the mold, the other people we contacted might never have discovered most of it since they did not plan to remove as much of the cabinetry and flooring to see what was there). The wood was covered when they left for the first day to avoid getting any mold in the air and replaced with new boards as soon as possible. Homelink revised the estimate based on discovery of more damage, and gave us pictures to support our claim to our insurance company for more money to cover the damage. (We got the additional money from insurance within a couple of days). Everyone with Homelink was very thorough, professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. There was a crew that pulled up the original floor and moved the cabinets, sink and countertop, a plumber who reattached the dishwasher and sink ,a person who put everything back in place one Saturday morning, and a small crew who reinstalled the new laminate flooring as quickly as you could possibly put in flooring. Homelink coordinated all this work so there was little time between finishing one job and starting the next stage. The final installation of the flooring was finished from 5:00 to 6:30 on a weeknight to accommodate our schedule. I'm very pleased with the result. Not only does it look good, but I know that they took care of all the water damage that was there. We don't need to worry that there is other possible water damage or mold that has been covered up by new wood. I felt that Homelink was always concerned about getting the job done right, instead of just done quickly. I have a lot of confidence in Homelink and would definitely hire them again.

I called HomeLink thru angies list and talked to the owner about the work to be done. We tried to make an appointment to get the work done. They were very quickly to respond and very courteous and professional. Due to myself having to go in the hospital for a coupla days, I couldnt get back to them. When I got home and called them, they were very to respond to my call and showed up the next day. The men I talked to said it was done and thanked me for selecting them. I would select them again as to the price they quoted me was right on. I am very pleased about their service.

It started to leak. They came out and found out where the leak was and replaced the piping. They were very responsive, very punctual, polite and courteous. It only took one phone call for us. They coordinated their visit around our schedule for somebody to be here. They got the job done. Our first experience with them was a couple of years ago when we had our children's bathroom redone. That was a $20,000 job whereas the new job was a small one. They had delivered on their commitment and were good to work with. They did a great job and it looks beautiful.

The overall job went quite well. It was more expensive than we had expected. Overall, we were quite pleased and the work looks nice. Some things were more expensive than anticipated. The man himself, Bill, was very nice and personable. He responded quickly to questions. They give you the approximate cost for a fairly low grade product but by the time you get something that is moderate, it is much more expensive in many cases. The only thing that I would be concerned about is the cost. I would recommend them to others.

So far everything has been fine. They did an excellent job. They are in the process of doing some landscaping and they haven't finished that part yet. They have given me several estimates in the past and they all seemed to be fair. They are going to do some painting work for me as well. The owner is the one who comes out to give the estimate and he is very personable. He seems like a very honest broker and he was the one who advised me not to do one of my projects right now because the prices were high. I really appreciate his honesty. The workers are very nice and professional. They clean up after themselves very well.

Our experience was fabulous and we plan to use him for all of our future home repairs! The owner, Bill, remained in constant contact. He responded immediately to emails and returned phone calls the same day, if not the same hour! He was very personable and professional....explaining everything that needed to be done and answering all of our questions. The finished product on all of our repairs (water damage in the ceiling, painting, replacing carpet padding, refitting carpet, installing new ceramic tile) was perfect. HomeLink is a quality company that I'd recommend to a friend.

They did an excellent job. They said when they were going to be there and they took care of the job quick. They did a good job. I didn't have any problem with them at all. They were a little pricey.

They gave us a general estimate. They were very professional and had lots of ideas and options. The estimate was not as detailed as the others that we got. They didn't tell you what you would do or not. Homelink's estimate was more vague. It gave you an estimate of about what it would cost, but no itemization.

Very good job, creative approach to repairs to minimize cost.

Had a drainage problem, discussed it with Bill when he came to give me an estimate on another project. Agreed that a simple french drain would handle the problem. Bob and Steve showed up and made quick work out of digging, installing and covering the french drain. They were courteous and efficient even chatted about other potential projects with no pressure while finishing this one. I am pleased with the speed and the look of the work that was done. The next big rain shouldn't be a problem any more. Thanx guys.
