Description of Work: Working with Homelink was a pleasure. We had work done on the exterior of our home, including some window and door replacements, a great deal of siding replacement, wood ceiling installation on our front porch, and decking replacement. The work was done meticulously and any minor problems during the process were handled adeptly and professionally. We were very happy with the results and would use this company again.

Description of Work: We had them do a total remodel in my bathroom. They gutted the whole thing -- a new floor, new wallboard, a new walk-in shower, new light fixture, painting, and plumbing. They always kept in touch and I'd highly recommend them! I think I could have probably got the tile a little cheaper, so I may not use the same person they recommended for materials next time. If I had a problem, Scott certainly made it right. He was the project manager and he was very good to answer all my questions. I also like that they're local. I would use them again if we had to do it over.

Description of Work: We took the time to have Bill come to our home and we gave 2 1/2 hours to clearly detail the bathroom and kitchen renovations that we wanted. We were told that we would receive an estimate in a week...one week passed and now another week so I called and left a message for Bill only to get a return call two days later and be told that he was out of town and that he would "try" to get an estimate to me in two weeks. My opinion? Don't promise customers something that you can't deliver...you start off on the wrong foot already. We are now looking for another company for all of our renovations.

Description of Work: The company came out, cleaned our gutters, repaired our roof by installing 5 or 6 shingles that had blown off in a storm. They polite and on time. They did a great job, we have no complaints at all. We would use them again and would recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: After two in home meetings and several hours of conversation they did not get back to me with a service plan. I called them back after six weeks and all they had for me were more excuses on a voicemail and no further follow up. Basically, I wasted a lot of time for a bunch of excuses and no results.

Description of Work: I contracted with Homelink over the phone for tree removal and stump grinding. The top of a large Oak tree had broken off in high winds last week. The tree was about 70 feet tall with a trunk width at the base of about 32 inches. The top 25 feet feet were on the ground. Mr Maslink had an estimate for me within 24 hours. The tree was removed and stump ground 3 days later. All I had to do was make one call then approve the estimate. The area of the tree removal was cleaner than before it fell and I did not have to miss work to supervise the work. My neighbor was very impressed that the workers were very careful to protect the yard and sprinkler heads with large boards. Homelink made the tree removal simple and the price was very reasonable. Over the last ten years I have had more than ten trees removed, but contacted the tree services directly. Having Homelink contract the work was a better way to do it saving me time and probably money.

Description of Work: I submitted a request and received a call the same day. The next day a gentleman called me asking if it would be possible to come and do the two items I needed the following day. I explained that it would not be possible as I could not rearrange my schedule and had appointments previously scheduled. He said he understood and would call me later to set up a time. I have never heard back from them and the items are still not completed.

Description of Work: This company was extremely responsive and flexible. They came highly regarded and they came out and did a thorough job survey and quickly got me a couple of quotes with prices for different stages. We had a job scheduled, but we found out our dog had an illness that was going to be costly. Thus, we decided to do the job ourself and divert the savings towards our pet. They would be my first call for work in the future.
