The owner cares about his business and stands behind his work but unfortunately some of his employee?s don?t seem to live up to the owner?s standards on a consistent basis. Update 12/14 I had to terminate house cleaning services. The initial cleanings went well then service seemed to deteriorate over time. I made the owner aware of the situation and he promptly came to my house and asked for details as to what were the issues and addressed them with his staff, in person, at my house and even gave me a partial credit for that cleaning. The next few appointments went fine but, after a few more appointments went by the quality diminished once again. Also I started noticing a lot more than usual wear and tear on my furniture and wood floors, scratches, chips and dents in rooms that were hardly ever used. And the last thing was my wood floors that were barely a week old. I had scratches and small indentations in rooms that were only entered by the cleaning crew after the floor was laid down. I had noticed these marks in other areas of my upstairs wood floors but could never say for sure if it was equipment being used by the cleaning crew because the areas were in use by my family. But now it seemed obvious since no one had entered the office after the floor had been laid down and the damage matched the damage in the upstairs which seems to be from the vacuum that was being used by the cleaners. I just want to add that before jumping to any conclusions I did test my own vacuum and swifter mop (which were rarely ever used while I had a cleaning service) to make sure they were not the culprit and neither produced any marks and had not been used in the office. I already have 3 jobs, work, school and stay at home dad and I didn?t need a fourth in having to clean behind some of my cleaning people and constantly have to inspect that the work was being done the way it should be done. On a side note, Gina (I believe her name was), who was the lead of my cleaning crew until her maternity leave, was very good and for the most part had good attention to detail and was the only reason I did not cancel sooner. Too bad some of her co-workers were not as detail orientated.

They arrive in the morning and take about 3 hours to clean. If we're not there, they lock behind them. Very respectful and the cleaning ladies just go about their work. Homelink does a great job with housecleaning, and I think the price is fair. The cost will vary depending on the size of your house, but they charge us about $125 per cleaning, and they come by twice a month. We're having them clean about 3500 sq. ft. Very thorough and responsive to comments or concerns.

As previously mentioned, my house was cleaned from top to bottom. The ladies are efficient, hard workers.

The home cleaning went well. They were late showing up due to one of the cleaners being off sick.

It was a good experience. If I needed something extra done, they would do it, and sometimes at no extra charge. I liked the fact that it was the same two ladies most of the time that did the cleaning, and I really came to trust them. They always showed up and were flexible with days/times.

I will use their service, again definitely.

The bidding process was professional. They are always eager to work with us and to take care of any special needs. They are the best cleaning crew we have had and the company is also great to work with.

I would say that they are fairly professional. They are consistent with who they send and the quality of their work is pretty good. I'm happy with the level of work that I'm getting.

The cleaners left obvious and easily-cleaned stains in the bathroom, as well as a bag of garbage outside on the front steps. Even after calling them back to re-clean, the stains remained... so I cleaned them myself with about 2 minutes worth of effort, though it required a 3-hour drive to get to my property to do it myself. As far as general dusting and wiping down of surfaces, they did okay, but I honestly could barely tell they'd been there.

It has gone very well, they consistently do a great job.

They are wonderful; I love them. They are very courteous and dependable. They are willing to make your life easier however they can. It's a great service company.

Very pleased with electrical work. The new lighting looks & works great. Service was professional, courteous and very well done.

Their work is okay though it's not a concealing value. Their price is too high for the work that they do. I will use them if there is a need.

It is $140 for three hours for two people. They are pretty professional and pretty flexible. If I can't do it one week, they will schedule for a different time and send out a confirmation. If they break something, they will take care of it. They are competitive in their pricing.

This was by far the best cleaning we have ever had in this house. (We've lived here for 30 years.) They cleaned under furniture (found some spiders), and dusted or cleaned every inch of the house, following our preferences.

The two ladies that cleaned did an excellent job. They cleaned places I thought were uncleanable, and jreally did a fantastic job. I asked them to stay within a time frame (this was by the hour) and they did that.

Our home is cleaned very well by two ladies every other week as scheduled. Bill is timely, flexible, and great to work with.

They are very responsive. They respond to any minor issues wiht the work and correct it. They are very nice people. They are both hispanic. One speaks english the other does not. The same people come every time which helps with consistency which plus. The cost reflects the price for one cleaning.

This was a wonderful experience. Bill Maslink came out and walked through the house with me and his two-woman team to see exactly what I wanted done. Then the ladies performed miracles. I have three cats, so getting the cat hair off of upholstered furniture is almost impossible, but the ladies did it. They left my house absolutely sparkling. I will definitely use Homelink's services again.

They are very responsive to any concerns. I feel very comfortable with them cleaning while I am at work.

I like that they can provide any handyman household service. They help keep the cost down. All you have to do is give them a call. They set everything up for you. It's easy to use this company.

Our family was one of Bill Maslink's first customers when he started his home maintenance business about two years ago. I have been very pleased with the services Homelink has provided since then. I have used other home cleaning services off and on over the past twenty years, and honestly feel that Homelink has consistently provided the highest level of service. Here are some of the things I like most: (1) Reliability--they show up when they say they will. My family does a fair amount of preparation to get ready for house-cleaning day, and it is discouraging if the cleaners do not show. (2) Quality--Bill and I did an initial walkthrough of the house and agreed upon the services that would be provided. He followed up after the first few cleanings to make sure that I was satisfied with the way the work was performed (I was). I remain as pleased with their performance today as I was back then. (3) Consistency--The same team cleans every month. They know my home well and know how long it will take to do a good job. (4) Scheduling--Unlike other services I have used, Bill does not over-schedule this teams. Homelink's team of 2 spends 4 to 5 hours here every month, which gives them enough time to do the job well. (5) Trustworthiness--My cleanings are performed when I am at work, so trust is a huge issue for me. I completely trust my Homelink team to respect my belongings. (6) Value--I feel that I am charged a fair price for the size of my home. In summary, I have been very satisfied with the service I receive, and would recommend this company to anyone.
