Excellent cleaning service. The ladies are prompt, pleasant and honor my requests to use specific cleaners for floors and counters. They are detailed and thorough.

Cleaning crew did an outstanding job. It took a while to schedule the service due to them being very busy, inclement weather, or holidays. The cleaning crew (3 people) were punctual and we discussed what I wanted to have cleaned during the time they were here. They did a meticulous job and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Arrived right on time. There were some things that I expected to be done that were not, but for the hours that they were here they worked hard and the house definitely looked better.

Homelink Cleaning Services do a excellent job. Every two weeks we are reminded in advance by e-mail when the cleaning crew will be at our home (including an approximate time). We are on a regular Friday afternoon schedule. The crew of 2-3 ladies arrives with all of their supplies and efficiently work their way through our three bedroom, 3 bathroom home in less than 2 hours. Bathrooms and kitchen counters are spotless when they are done. Floors are vacuumed. Beds are made or changed if clean sheets are left out. High and low dusting is done in rotation. I appreciate that the ladies who clean for us are almost always the same from week to week so that they come to know our house and family. My husband works from home, and the ladies are always willing to work around times he needs to be on the phone while they are cleaning. I would highly recommend Homelink Cleaning Services.

Nice ladies, but at exactly two hours they stopped and left. Some of the areas I asked specifically to attend to, were not cleaned. Others, not asked for, were cleaned.

Excellent- on time- the rooms were like new.

We used this service the past 3 years and they have always been great. Reliable, efficient and professional. The only reason we stopped is we are trying to teach our kids life lessons and they are cleaning our house. I am sure at some point we will go back to Homelink.

Overall, it went well. The dusting could be better by moving things rather than dusting around things. Too many missed spots.

Cleaning services were always good. Howeverc we've had zero response from the owner in reference to the ripped sheets that happened when the cleaning women were changing the sheets earlier this year. I have provided him with pictures, and have tried to follow up with the assistant Dana to no avail. I would like a refund for the new sheets that I had to buy at a reduced price (compared to the ones that were ripped) for $30.00.

Really nice people. They bid our house cleaning for 2 1/2 hours. At first everything was fine. However, over time the ladies took less and less time in our house. That's OK if they still got everything clean, but they didn't. We found things that weren't done or weren't done right almost every cleaning. We felt cheated because we were paying for 2 1/2 hours work and a clean house, but were not getting what we paid for. Every time we would complain we would get really great cleaning for a few weeks, but eventually things would go back to normal. We finally had to let them go.

Team of two always on time. Good communication maintained between there supervisor and me and with them. They are polite, friendly, do a consistently good job.

We have had several different cleaners in the last four years but all have done a good job. They are thorough, detailed and trustworthy. Good communication from office when there have been scheduling issues.

Homelink always emails ahead of time to confirm dates. They & the cleaners are honest, trustworthy, & completely dependable.

Contacted Homelink to provide a "move in" cleaning for our new home in the area. We had flooring work done prior to our move in so wanted to be sure the house was spotless for when we arrived. Homelink was very responsive to my request for a quote and we quickly agreed on a price (reasonable) and date that worked for my schedule. Was pleased with how easy this process went. Cleaning took place as scheduled and at the price quoted. Overall, the cleaning went well. Floors, moldings, and cabinets were all wiped clean and free of dust or any remaining dirt from flooring work or prior owner. Only reason I didn't give an "A" was that the mini blinds were not attended to. All blinds still had dust on them and will need to be cleaned when we move in. Sort of a bummer that I'll have to tackle that as part of the move. Perhaps I should have been more specific on this but felt that in the 5.5 hours the crew was there, this would have been on the list. Easy to deal with. Prices seem fair.

overall the cleaning was sufficient. kitchen sinks were not clean and tub and shower still had soap scum residue I would be happy to provide better cleaning supplies (they bring their own) but we have had subs and trainees come 3 or 4 times in the last few months, so it's difficult to have consistency. I am going to call the woman at Homelink today to express my concerns. I'll be glad to report the response/results I get.

Some minor bumps in the road but Bills co-worker Linda did great in smoothing out any wrinkles in the process. Overall I was pleased with the demo and installation process and the new floors look good.

Overall, it went well. Once I let the head cleaner know about how I felt about the shower, she returned and worked to clean it until I was happy.

Had cleaning service for a few months. Sometimes the dusting wasn't done everywhere. Or, the furniture was dusted but left dirty. Sometimes the cleaning was good and other times I had to email in to notify. I cancelled the service because I was tired of complaining about the wood floors not being cleaned properly. End of story.

They are punctual and professional and do an outstanding job.

The work turned out to be excellent. The management of the company has identified folks that it uses as subcontractors, and the subcontractors are excellent. They do a thorough job, and the company supervises well the folks who come over to do the work. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Gina and Maria did a wonderful job. They worked hard and very professionally. We have already scheduled the second cleaning and intend to continue using their services.
