Description of Work: They painted the dining room ceiling and walls. I had asked for some minor patching but that was not done. Also they did not but drop clothes over the entire area and spilt paint in the center of the floor. They cleaned it up, but once they left I had to damp mop the hard wood floors to get the paint out of the cracks. When I told this to the owner of the company he did offer to send his men back out to make things right, but I told him the fresh paint pretty much hid that flaws in the wall, but I noticed since I knew were they were, that I just wanted him to know what his men were not doing correctly.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with Hetrick Painting Inc. I purchased the BIG DEAL for $223 for 7 hours of painting (2 painters for 3.5 hours). I am extremely pleased with the way my sunroom turned out. They painted the entire room White Duck with a Darkest Plum accent wall . . .absolutely beautiful!!!! The painters needed 1 additional hour to complete the job because they needed a 2nd coat on the accent and they even purchased the paint for me.

Description of Work: Purchased the big deal with the rapid response feature. No contact was given by the company by a week later. Angie's list help desk emailed them and a form letter response was emailed saying that they had too great a volume of responses. The letter further indicated that it could be weeks or months before the service could be given.

Description of Work: All the services, I have requested so far have been on time, very informational and the service has been great. Davidson roofing has responded to my repair already.

Description of Work: Hetrick Painting was punctual, worked fast and did an excellent job. The entire scope of my work was not covered under the deal and their pricing for the balance was more than fair. I was very pleased with the end result and what I paid to have ther entire job completed.

Description of Work: Two men came initionally to verify what was to be done. One man, the foreman, I assume, left and the other one painted our bedroom in under 2hrs. This was primer and two coats. They put down drop cloths even though we told them the flooring was going to be replaced and not to worry about it. The lines at the ceiling and the trim is PERFECT. Completely, totally satisfied and will hire them again.

Ron the owner personally contacted Me before the appointments to prepare everything And he followed thru afterwards making sure the job was done to my satisfaction. His wife in the office was as kind as could be, as well. Highly recommended. They're coming back for another job soon!

Description of Work: We purchased a "Deal of the Day" offer thru Angies List's Big Deal for a painter for a day (8hrs. /1 man). I contacted Rob, the owner, and he called me back that evening. We discussed the project and decided on a date. Rob offered his discount at the paint store, but I had already bought the paint. I did think this was a nice offer. We decided to change the project and contacted Rob - No problem.Two painters arrived on the day we decided on and went to work. They worked a bit longer than 4 hrs, but Rob did not charge me for the overtime. I would hire Rob again -
