It went extremely well, and was a pleasure to have him respond so quickly to my e mail on this.

We have been satisfied with them. They have been reliable and have always performed well. We have been very satisfied with their service and I will use them again in the future.

Sent an email on Sunday regarding work needed. I got a phone call at 8:15am on Monday. Was told that they had a couple of small jobs in the morning but they could come out about noon to look at the job. They called right before noon to say they were running late and would call when they were on the way. Called about 3pm and arrived at 3:45. They gave me a price of $330.00 and when I told them this was higher than other prices that I had received we discussed an amount. Agreed on $275.00 and they said they could do the job right them. They completed the work in just over an hour. They were very clean and took all the trash. Also vacuumed the carpet and put furniture back. Very pleased with the work and will use again.

As above. Both times that I had Cole Electric over to the house the jobs were done exactly as I wanted.

My front porch light was tripping the fuse every time we would turn the light on.... I was concerned we had problem with the wiring. Found Cole Electric on Angie's List on a Sunday and left a message regarding my problem. I got a call back that same day and was told they could have someone out the very next morning at 8:30am!!!!!! Two repair guys were on my doorstep promptly at 8:30 as promised. They quickly assessed the problem and determined that there was a problem with the fixture. I was told they could repair it and was given a quick quote, which I accepted. One of the guys had to run off to buy some fixture wiring and I was asked in the meantime if I had anything else that they could repair, since they get paid by the hour. In less than an hour they had everything repaired and cleaned up! Both technicians were extremely friendly and professional! It was a great experience!

Jeff responded to my call promptly. Even though I told him that my job might be small, it did not deter his interest in completing my work. Two young men came and completed my work in under an hour. They knew what they were doing so did not delay. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area cleaner than they found it! They were very polite. They replaced 4 defective electrical outlets in my kitchen. The price was very reasonable.

I called Cole Electric because of their outstanding reviews on AL. The reviews were correct. These guys are professionals. They are polite, courteous, and prompt. I will let you read the great reviews on other reports; I'll tell you my only complaint -- $$$. I had no idea how much this would cost. I figured two or three hundred bucks, but $630??? I got the rate from the owner, Mike, who told me it was $95 an hour plus materials. Okay, so I figured two or three hours of work to find out why a string of outlets wasn't working and fix it, but what do I know? I'm not an electrician. They were here for one hour on one night and couldn't find the problem. They came back the next morning and were here for 3 hours. They replaced one outlet. Even with a markup on the outlet that doesn't make sense. However, that brings me back to their professionalism. I called Mike, and he got on it right away. He will be speaking to Jeff, the tech who came out, and letting me know what the charges were for. I have no doubt that these guys aren't trying to cheat me based on their professionalism. It costs money to get things done right. If you want your repair done right you should call these guys.

Mr. Cole's team of experts treated my house as if it were theirs. The job was done very professionally and in a timely manner. They were very courteous and reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to several of my co-workers and will use them again for my next home project.

Cole Electric did a fantastic job. They explained everything they were doing from the beginning. They are exceptionally polite and cleaned up as they were going. When there were some complications in the movement of the telephone line they solved the problem quickly. For the number of things which were cleared from our list as well as the quality of the workmanship and politeness of the workers, we were very pleased. We plan to use Cole Electric for our future electrical needs.

The individuals who came to the house where very prompt, courteous and respectful. They explained what they were doing and advised me on some things I could do myselft to save the costs of having a professional do it.

Very well. We called at 7:30 PM Fri evening and they were there at 7:30 Sat morning. The men were knowlegable and told us what the problem was and helped to take care of it. If I need electrical service again, I would call them.

They did a superb job. They gave me a very good price, began work within days after I called them, did a thorough and careful job, and cleaned up when they were done. Without hesitation, I'll hire them again for future electrical work that I need.

They were prompt and courteous. First, they removed my old porch lights and then replaced those with new motion sensor lights. Next they had to run wiring from the first floor up through an outside storage closet up to the attic (two story house) which wasn't an easy task because it was very difficult to access the area above the knee wal,l which is above the storage closet. From the knee wall they had to fish the wire through a small opening that led to a tiny portion of the attic that is not accessable to anyone taller than two feet. Then the wire was ran from that end of my house all the way across the attic to the other side. Two sets of motion lights were installed on the outside walls. From the crawl space of my house, the other end of the wire in the outside storage closet was ran in to the crawl space and up to an existing 3 switch outlet and viola' I now have security lights! I was quite pleased with the job that they did. I also wanted to mention that the last half hour of the work was done with one employee up on a ladder outside, at night, with freezing rain starting to come down.

Called and left message at 10:30 am. Received a return call in 15 minutes and was told they were finishing a job and would be at our house at 1:00 PM. Called at 12:15 to let us know they were on the way and arrived at 12:45. We discussed the work and were given an estimate. They were ready to do the job immediately and did so. Everything went as agreed and the were very careful and cleaned up after they were done.

These guys are great! I called them on a Sunday and was told that normal business days are typically Monday through Friday, but he came out anyway. He arrived even earlier than he'd he told me he would, replaced the receptacle in less than 5 minutes, and charged me 10 dollars less than what I was quoted. I would use them again.

These guys were fantastic. I called and Mr. Cole set me up for the next morning. They were precisely on time and called to let me know they were almost there beforehand. Two workers came out, and they were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Cole Electric of Va.

We received the estimate for the new panel box on a Saturday and the work was performed on the following Monday as promised. We would definitely recommend Cole Electric and will certainly use them again if we have an electrical problem.

Mike Cole is professional, polite, and punctual. I was pleased with his timely response to my first phone call and his follow-up after giving me the quote.The estimate was not the highest nor the lowest, so I feel his estimate was a valid one for the work to be completed. I called and let him know I was selecting another contractor because I did not want to hold up his time. He seemed to appreciate the call and again very professional and simply nice.

I contacted Mike on Wednesday, and he had his crew come out on a Friday for an estimate. The guys were very friendly and responsive. They gave me a great quote, and let me know they were available to do the work right then! They were professional, and cleaned up once the work was done. The work took aprox 2 hours to complete, and they worked great as a team. I will highly recommend their services to friends and family.

They came on time as scheduled, (Mike Cole and apprentice Travis Mitchell), both neat and clean, friendly, courteous. Mr. Mitchell replaced the kitchen light, and Mr. Cole repaired the lamps, one over 135 years old. Mr. Cole is teaching high standards of work ethic to Mr. Mitchell. They were fun to talk to.

He sent out one of his workers to our house about 3 hours after I called. He took about 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Then he explained to me what the problem was and how he had fixed it. Then he cleaned up after his work. Lights work great now. I heartily recommend him.

I scheduled Cole Electric to install our new ceiling fan at 8am on a Friday morning. The electrician called the night before to ask if we could start an hour earlier, at 7am, due to a schedule conflict. I agreed. The next morning, the electrician and his helper showed up promptly at 7am. They brought in their equipment and a very long ladder due to the height of our ceiling. They were very careful with the ladder not to bump any walls or furniture. The electrician, who has been to our house before, was pleasant and courteous. He asked a couple of questions about how we wanted the fan lighting to work in order to do the appropriate wiring. Within the next few minutes they had removed the old ceiling fan. They then spend the next 2 hours or so efficiently installing the new wall control panel and fan, as well as cleaning up. They also took away our old ceiling fan so we didn't need to dispose of it. We are very happy with our new ceiling fan and how it operates. We were very happy again with the work that Cole Electric did for us.

Being ignored by a different service provider turned out very well for us. I got tired of waiting and called Mike Cole. I described the scope of work in a nutshell and made arrangements with Mike to walk the job with me so he could provide a quote. Mike called when he was on his way, he showed up when he said he would and went over the property with me top to bottom. He gave me a quote on the job and said that the work could be started at 8 a.m. the next morning (a Saturday) if we liked. Yes, we liked !! Jeff and Chris arrived promptly at 8 a.m. the next morning. After looking over the details, the technicians went to work. These guys do not mess around - they brought their tools and their "A"game!! We moved into our new home a few months ago and I'd been chomping at the bit to eradicate all the tacky brass fixtures that been inflicted on this house (a model home, no less.) This was a big day on the project calendar !! It was apparently considered acceptable at some point in time to suspend a 42" white/brass ceiling fan on a 4' down pole from the great room ceiling. I was more annoyed at the idea of such laziness than I was at the complete uselessness of a ceiling fan twelve feet off the floor! By early afternoon, the attic was well-lit and 'exhausted', all the tacky fixtures were gone, the new fixtures were in and I got to see how professionals install a 60" ceiling fan on a 6' down rod from a 17' ceiling. Any mess that appeared was cleaned up. Product boxes were put back together and all placed in one area ready to go to the recycling center. Everything is up and secure, works like it is supposed to and looks amazing. We now have the team that will be handling all our future electrical work and be the one we recommend to our associates. I'm hard to impress and Cole Electric really delivered!!
