Description of Work: Replaced entire phone system. It was complicated, but they perservered until completed. Even worked on Sunday so it was available for the work week !

Description of Work: Jeff was very professional and came out to the house the same day I called. He worked late by coming to the house at 6:30 pm. He wrote up an estimate and then performed the work the next day. He updated some outlets in the kitchen and moved an outlet as well. He fixed an outlet in the hall and a light in the basement. The main reason we called was for our dryer which quit working. A wire in the basement had burned up and Jeff replaced it making it safer and therefore our dryer was in working order again.

Description of Work: This was a good experience. They arrived, gave advice and info. On callback, came right away and completed the job. Nice people and good work.

Description of Work: Mr. Cole came the day I called furan estimate, putting in two electric receptacles 15 amp gnats, in my garage he was able to do the job that afternoon in just about an hour. He did a good job, cleaned up after and answered all my question.

We called Mike , and he came right out, with in a hour called back with a price , I approved the price, and they started 2 hours later . The crew was very friendly professional and respectful of our home . They completed the work , and walked me around showing me what was done , and asked if it was exactly what we wanted . During the work being done , Mike stopped out to check on the crew , and asked if I needed anything else while the men are there , I did a switch in a bedroom on a ceiling fan , and a front porch light . They replaced the switch at no extra cost , and a small charge to fix the front light . I would highly recommend Cole Electric and we plan to use them again for other work we will be doing in the next few months The work was done fast , clean , and to code and at the price quoted , and Mike followed up with a phone call the next morning to make sure all was well and we are happy with it . Description of Work: Mike relocated a light in our kitchen. He also fished a cable wire through our attic and into our study.

Description of Work: They installed some extra recessed lights in our kitchen and added an electrical outlet in our crawl space.

Description of Work: They provided us with a very thorough energy assessment. They also gave us good suggestions on how to save by using certain lights. They showed up on time and they cleaned up well when they were done.

They also repaired/installed a few junction boxes & outlets in the attic and crawl space. Mike corrected reverse polarity & installed GFI in basement. He also took a look at our electric panel & made a few corrections in there as well.

Description of Work: Mr. Cole and his two employees worked approximately 9 hours on a variety of electrical projects. They replaced a broken baseboard-heating unit, replaced nine outdoor electrical lighting fixtures (six mounted high on our home and one in a tree), and revamped track lighting in my office by adding three new track heads. They also repaired three broken outlets inside our home. It would have taken less time if three of the fixtures hadn't broken as they screwed them into place. One large outdoor fixture for the tree was broken in the box. They were nice enough to run to the hardware store and return the broken lamp for a good one when I had to leave for a business appointment. They also traveled to an electrical supply company to buy a new baseboard-heating unit.
