Description of Work: Rep came out to house in order to quote major duct work replacement. After I received quote with no details other than price to replace existing ducts, |I sent emIl asking for more specific information. For example another contractor ha recommended increasing the number of air supply ducts and vents and changing the type of vent grills. I never received response to my email. I would not recommend this contractor for that reason

Description of Work: The auxiliary heat for our heat pump had gone out, and they showed up on the day before Thanksgiving to get the heat working again!

Description of Work: AC unit water condensation was dripping from emergency line. The first visit the technician said debris was something stopping main pipeline so used vacuum to pull debris through. A couple days later had to come back out because water condensation was still dripping from emergency line. This time (same technician and another) said it was because the pipeline was dry so that's why the water was not flowing outside to the main line. When I asked how could and what does that have to do with anything; he said that it comes from just sitting or the heat drying it. When I asked well how come it never did this before he said it just something that occurs overtime. Days went by and the water condensation was still leaking from emergency line. I spoke to a manager and he asked who was the technician that came out and when I informed him he said he was a senior level technician so he sent someone else out. This time the technician provided information that made more sense and informed me that the internal pan and coil needed replacing. When I received the invoice it was broken down and it would cost $850.00 or just $500 for the pan. He recommended that it best to do both because that brand normally does not last long. They did not perform the work because I remembered that I had another insurance for preventive maintenance and AirRight did not work with 2-10 Insurances. After working with another company they informed me that there was nothing wrong the unit. They said it had to do with the unit not sitting high enough so that the water can flow correctly.

Description of Work: They installed a new upstairs unit for us. Unrelated to the installation, we noticed a leak in our ceiling from one of the ducts. Service man provided assessment that leak is due to improper insultation when the system was originally installed by the builder's contractor that is causing condensation and leaking into ceiling. Said another man at company does that type of work, so he would need to have them call me to set up him to come repair. Paid $65 for the call. Still waiting to hear from the company to get the item repaired.

Description of Work: An AirRight technician came to check on one of our heat pumps. He was punctual and professional, solved the problem very quickly. Although he did seem a little rushed, overall we were very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: 5 mf cap replaced cleaned out the AC and a service contract.

Suggested and did some extra things that the other companies we had bid did not offer, like resetting outside lines and putting plywood down in the attic to and around the unit, since two people have stepped through the ceiling. They came back to inspect the installation after the work was completed, and also gave us a very good price for what they delivered.

Description of Work: Repaired broken condenser. Only problem we had was that they missed our first appointment and we had to call them to reschedule after waiting around all afternoon the first time. Other than that snafu they were great.
