Description of Work: I had a leak in my hot water piping inside. They were able to replace the copper pipe quickly. I also had them replace an outdoor hose faucet and remove a 6 inch section of galvanized pipe on my incoming water line. They also replaced the whole hose shutoff valve. Overall it was a good job.

Description of Work: Had them replace the fixtures in one of our tub/shower units and fix leaks. Great job. Had them reseat the drain ring in another bath tub. I was a little disappointed in they didn't clean up the old silicone caulk that lined the ring. Other than that was very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: We had isolation valves installed on our Noritz tankless hot water heater. Then the plumber flushed the heater by circulating a cleaner solution through it.

Description of Work: High price, modest result. They were called to fix a nearly clogged tub drain. I asked for an estimate and was promised one but it was not given. They showed (timely) and charged $275 for the visit to a condo in Richmond where they worked about 30 minutes. And guess what? The drain is still slow. Off to get some Liquid Plumber now.

I had asked for an estimate and was not given one. $275 for one hour or less of work and a halfway done job is a rip off. Headed out now for some Liquid Plumber.....

Description of Work: As usual the company responded promptly to my call; The plumber came the next day. As promised , he said he would call shortly before arriving, which. Both workers were clean and well groomed, and well mannered. Also , they both removed their shoes before they entered our home. They diagnosed the problem very quickly ( one was a Master Plumber) and.my toilet was repaired in a short time, and no dirt was left behind.

Description of Work: The Plumber, Jacob, and his helper, Brandon arrived on time. They were friendly, clean, and responded to all questions. The flushing system in my commode was replace with no time wasted. On 11-2-11 I had Absolute P. & M. for the same problem with another toilet . The service was excellent and the price was right.
