This was problem with our water heater that we wanted fixed right away and after a call to another business who advised us that they couldn't get anyone to help us until next week, Absolute Plumbing said they would be able to take care of us the next day. They gave us a time frame when they would come and after a 30 minute notice call they were even an hour early. The water heater was in a really hard spot to access and was very difficult to change out but the technicians were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. They immediately jumped into the job and within two hours we had a new water heater installed with plenty of hot water. I can't say enough about how well this operation went without the least bit of aggravation. From the phone call to the finished job, this was a relief to have a no hassle experience with a business. Every employee was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do what is takes to make the customer satisfied.

had a water heater failure and i saw this business with high reviews on Angie's list. The plumber had to be called 3 times to ask if he is coming, they had no check on the plumber if he is at work site or not. upon arrival the plumber just looked at the water heater and said, it failed and needs to be replaced. I had no idea about what hea was saying and naively agreed to it. I did mention that I am not able to make a decision till insurance/warranty looks into it. Later i learned that he could have inspected more thouroughly and could have drained the water heater to prevent further water damage. When i contacted them again and discussed with their manager, they wanted me to pay again for the same job that was left incomplete. SHAME on you !!

Convinced we'd watched enough videos online my husband and I started replacing out old toilet. All went well till we found out the flange was severely cracked with stripped screws. After another trip to Lowes, we left armed with new power tools and a lot of advice. 30 minutes later we were on Angie's list. At half past 4:00 on a Friday, they got a crew here in 30 minutes. They were professional and quite efficient. In and out, 30 minutes later we had a new flange and installed toilet!

I called Absolute Plumbing to set up an appointment to reconnect the plumbing under our new sink. The original appointment was scheduled on a Wednesday and I later had to reschedule it for the next day and they were able to move it to Thursday afternoon between 12-5. We received a courtesy call 30 mins prior to them arriving. Upon arrival they reviewed the project and said that they would do what they could to say us money given they may have to run a whole new drain given that the pipes may not match up due to a lower sink base. They quickly ran out and picked up supplies and got to work. In less than an hour, they had my new drain hooked up and took the time to make sure there were no leaks. In the end I saved money using Absolute rather than using the countertop installer's plumber.

My experience with Absolute, from the initial phone call to the installation, was overall very pleasant. I was able to get someone on the phone quickly and the person I spoke with was professional and extremely helpful. I was able to get a firm quote over the phone and had all my questions answered prior to scheduling an installation. The Absolute servicemen showed up on time and clearly knew what they were doing. They were able to answer all my question prior and during the installation, and were very polite and professional. The process only took 3 hours and may have gone more quickly but there was some piping that had to be rerouted for the new water heater to be installed. (Included in the price) Overall the only "minor" complaint was that the servicemen didn't have covers for their shoes, which you would think would be standard gear. However, in their defense when I asked that they take their shoes off in the house they complied without issue and I didn't have to ask them twice even though they went in and out of the house multiple times. Not only am I very happy with the product and the service, but out of the four plumbers I checked from Angie's List, they were 25%-35% less expensive. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Found potential problems that would have cost much more money. Very professional. Explained to us what they were doing and why. Would recommend again.

had a new bathroom vanity installed and needed someone to do all of the plumbing hook-ups. After wasting time contacting plumbers who wouldn't return calls, called back drunk, etc. I tried Absolute Plumbing and Mechanical. Everything was first rate, from scheduling the service to the work they performed. They replaced two valves under the vanity, connected the drain line and water lines, and installed the faucets and hardware, all in about an hour and a half. They were very professional and did a great job. Plus a 10% Angie's List discount. I will call them again for any plumbing needs that come up.

Recommended by another plumber who couldn't do the work due to scheduling - They arrived sooner than expected and did the work cleanly, quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with how much they cared about keeping my house clean and the lengths they took to clean up. This was a messy situation and they handled it well. Highly recommend these guys.

This is our third experience with Absolute Plumbing and it was even better than the first two. The guys are true pros. A kichen counter installation by another company left us with some waterline issues that we've been tolerating for a while. So, based on our previous two experiences, I called Absolute Plumbing to set it right. They came in right on time, sized up the problem with an experienced eye, explained a couple of options for fixing it and went right to work getting it done right.They were diligent in taking care not to dirty or damage anything. I have complete confidence in Absolute Plumbing and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

It was prompt, very professional. They made sure I knew what they were doing. They added some features that I did not know were available and they let me know what the code requirements were. They also used better materials than the current ones we had from when the house was built. They were able to schedule in a few days and they were right on time!

When i made the appointment a week earlier, I was given a window of 09:00 - 12:00. But the office called me about 08:30 on the installation day to nail down the arrival time to 09:00. Beautiful. And Rick and Shawn showed up at 09:00. That in itself was impressive. Then Rick blasted through the downstairs bath while Shawn worked the upstairs bath and they were done in 90 minutes. That includes cleaning up and removing the old commodes. Any home project I start is 10x bigger and 10x more expensive than planned. There are always second opinions needed. Walls to be opened. Wrong parts to be returned and new parts to be repurchased. You never know exactly how things will proceed, but this job was the opposite of my expectations. Rick and Shawn knew which parts and tools they would need and they had them. They knew how to do their jobs and they did them. Knowing what's required and knowing your job are simple, basic requirements to be professionals, but those are rare skills these days. Rick, Shawn and Absolute did a completely professional job. They will be my first call for my next plumbing job.

I purchased a big deal to have a 50 gallon water heater replaced with a metal pan for $950. I spoke with Jerry, the owner, prior to making the purchase. I explained that although I had a pan under my old water heater, it was not connected to a drain. Jerry assured me that it would not be a big deal to add this and that the drain would be run outside of the house. After purchasing the big deal, scheduling was a breeze, and the team arrived punctually. They did not arrive with the pan; I showed them the details of the big deal on my phone, and so one of the workers went to the purchase the pan while the other repaired my leaky outdoor faucet. The guy returned with a plastic pan rather than metal as described in the big deal. I pointed this out, but he advised me that although a metal pan is recommended for a gas water heater, plastic is actually the preferred material, as metal is prone to dings and rusting. They did run the drain, but set it up to run into the crawlspace. I told them that I had spoken to Jerry about this, but was told that Jerry had only advised them to "stub it out", and they left. I was not very comfortable with this, so I touched base with Jerry a couple of days later. He thought that some obstacle may have prevented the team from completing this work as planned, but advised me that he would send another team out to take care of this to my satisfaction. So I called back a couple of days later and scheduled to have this final detail completed, and it was taken care of promptly. There were a few details that I thought could have used some better attention: - Not having the pan that was described in the big deal -Team did not clean up the debris created when the hole for the drain pipe was drilled -Running the drain pipe into my crawl space (initially), resulting in the need for a call back However, I was impressed by the willingness to address my concerns and overall think this is an honest, reputable company that I would definitely use again.

Called on a Sunday and they made apt for following day. I went to work on Monday and they called to verify that crew would be arriving in 45 minutes which allowed me time to get home. They were very professional and efficient. I was very happy to find a company that helped get my broken pipes fixed and my water running again so quickly!

There was a major water issue at my son's property in the Fan. After the Ciry Utilities people "fixed" their end, there was still a problem with water pressure, and it was deemed "not their problem". Absolute Plumbing and Mechanical gave prompt and caring attention to the estimate and subsequent work. I have used them in the past and trust Jerry implicitly to always be fair and truthful. This was a major job that involved excavation of front yard and drilling trough brick. It was a long cold day and the technicians worked hard to get the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Great! Scheduled earlier in the week, confirmed arrival time about 30 min before arrival, worked efficiently and effectively. Brought necessary supplies, cleaned and prepped work area, left the job complete. This after my originally contacted plumber wanted 2.5x his original estimate. I did not advise Absolute of this quote, yet they performed the work for about the same amount of the original estimate.

They used cheap parts and they did not check their work so it started leaking right after they left. They also tracked in mud on our carpets. Did not apologize for what happened.

It's Christmas Eve. The guests coming down for the holiday are 2 hours away. I'm tracking them on my app as I frantically work to replace a faulty toilet in the guest bathroom. I finally get the toilet in place and give it a celebratory flush. I feel manly. It flushes, but uncomfortably slow. So I flush it again. Still slow. Hmm. It's then I hear my wife screaming from downstairs that the ceiling in the master bedroom is leaking. I run downstairs and confirm that she isn't just trying to pull some ill-timed, early April Fool's prank. Rain is nice, but not indoors. I shut off the water and realize I've screwed up. All feelings of manliness have extinguished. The guests are now only an hour and a half away. I frantically call the three top-rated plumbers from the Angie's list app. Rick Tincher from Absolute Plumbing & Mechanical gets back to me first. He listens and is friendly and courteous even though I'm sure I'm messing up his Christmas Eve somehow. He arrives quickly, our cape-less superhero in a windowless white van, and checks out the damage. He advises me on how to best approach the water damage on the master ceiling. He then gets right to work on resetting the toilet and assuring there are no leaks. Rick does it in record time. With a smile. And doesn't make me feel like I'm an embarrassment to the male species. I was expecting an insane bill for this Christmas Eve disaster. Nope. Totally reasonable. In talking to Rick as he was working, I realize he and his daughter were on their way to visit a new baby niece at the hospital. He turned right around and saved my bacon. Big time. He finished in time for me to tidy up the bathroom and it was ready just as the guests rang the doorbell. I will be recommending Rick Tincher and Absolute Plumbing to everybody. Rick, if you're reading this, big thanks for the save, good sir. I owe you one.

When we had done the deck before, a nail had gone through and caused a leak. They came out and fixed the leak.

I cannot say enough good things about Jerry and his crew at Absolute. They are extremely professional, knowledge, and provide very quality work. I have used Absolute Plumbing multiple times already after only having lived in my home for 4 months. We are new to the area and found them on Angie's list. We went with them because of all of the rave reviews and we are so happy we found them. The problems started at about the 3rd month on moving into our newly purchased home. The first time was a slowly leaking water heater that had rotted through the sub floors. I called Absolute and when they were out replacing our water heater, we discovered the quest pipes. We had no idea what these were and our home inspector did not even mention them. After much research, we decided it was better to be proactive and to replace the pipes then to have them unexpected burst one day. The home is 25 years old so the quest plumbing was like a ticking time bomb. We called Absolute because we were so pleased with the service they provided with the water heater replacement (they also replaced a frig water box and coverted our dryer from natural to propane gas on another visit) and they were out a few days later to start work. Because they have to cut into drywall, the guys did their best to do only small sections and create minimal damage as to make it easier and cheaper for the drywall guys to repair. It was not pretty during the replacement but it was not as bad as I anticipated. I was there the whole time for the days the replacement took place and I asked many questions. I wanted to make sure that if there was something else that we needed done, it would get done then since we already had holes in our ceilings. I did extensive research on the pipes and added on a lot of other projects while the guys were here. This slowed them down a lot but they never made me feel like I was being bothersome. They were extremely patient with me. We had a utility sink put in the laundry room. The whole house filter was replaced with a newer and more efficient one. I took their advice on which filters were the best and also had a reverse osmosis sytem installed. The guys were so very knowledgable and helped me make an informed decision about what system to buy. Because of all the additional work, it took the guys a little longer then planned. Jerry even sent out another technician to help get the job done in a timely manner. Near the completion, Jerry (the owner) came by to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and to answer any final questions I had. The process of having all of your plumbing replaced while you are currently living in your home is not a fun experience. The guys at Absolute tried to minimize the inconvenience as much as possible. Before they left every night, they made sure we had at least one functioning bathroom/shower and our kitchen plumbing worked. This may seem trivial but it takes a lot of planning when all of your plumbing needs replacing. We appreciated their attention to detail and this helped make the process more tolerable. There is a lot of dust with the removal of drywall but the guys used tarps and cleaned up after themselves. It was not the easiest process to get through but I am glad we took the plunge. we can now sleep at night without worrying if we will wake up to a wet mess from faulty pipes bursting. Jerry gave us a discount for using Angie's list and then gave me an additional refund on top of that. The cost for the pipe replacement only was about 3.3k which is very reasonable. I had another quote which was closer to 4k. Besides their resonable price, Absolute will stand behind they work. I had a loose shower handle from what I thought was the replacement of the pipes (actually just some loose screws) and Jerry had someone out immediately to fix it. They are really a pleasure to work with and I recommend them very highly. My family will not ever use anyone else as long as they are servicing our area. Although they are very professional and provide very quality work, they are also really decent guys who will give you a fair price and who you can trust to be completely honest with you. Use them, you won't regret it.

I got their name from Angie's list. I gave them a call. We were able to schedule them to come out pretty quickly. They came within the window they gave me. They called me beforehand to give me 30 minutes time to make sure I was here. Angus fixed the problem quickly. Then, we had another toilet that was shaky and he fixed that as well. He was very nice and concerned about keeping things clean. We got a little Angie's list discount and I think the price was fair.

I was really impressed since I first noticed the leak on a Friday. The service manager came out on Saturday and found the leak but since he knew that I would have to have more work the following week, he said he would wait to charge me for all the work at once. That saved some money. They came out and did all the work the next week and did a great job. My ice maker is working better than ever and I shouldn't have to worry about any leaks from the laundry location. They were great to work with.
