Description of Work: The addition of a hose bib and replacement of another was poorly done. the the former, cement was smeared on the bricks of the exterior and could easily have been cleaned at the time, but was not. In the latter case, the bib was not fully tightened and leaked. I tightened the bib.

Description of Work: They replaced my kitchen garbage disposal with one I had purchased. They did a good job, but because it took them 65 minutes, I was charged for 2 hours of labor, instead of just one. I contacted the owner and got no relief, so I won't be using them in future.

Description of Work: Bought bigdeal which was two hours of plumbing for 146.00. Two guys showed up but one was just an apprentice. They were professional and courteous. However I wish they had been more specific about what was included in the price. They replaced faucets and tub spout and shower head in a bathroom.

Description of Work: I have a bathtub faucet with the single handle which dripped constantly. I was loosing about 5 gallons of water per day (I know this because I captured the water and used it). This was an old plumbing fixture with no access from the back of the faucet. The plumbers removed the cartridge and replaced the washers and springs.

Description of Work: We are currently experiencing a leak in the kitchen ceiling (the full bath is located directly above). Not sure where the leak is originating (sink, tub, commode), but we have drips that need to be addressed.

They also informed the need to replace my plumbing because my current pipes were too small; they said this could be a reoccurring problem and gave me an estimate on replacing it. They were very professional and they got the job done.

Description of Work: Kitchen faucet was difficult to remove and plastic valve install when house build had to be replaced. This caused job to take more than time I paid for. I have replaced that facuef before. But glad some better than me did it this time. 1/2 bath faucet was a quick breeze.

Description of Work: Initially, plumber charged me $69 for an extra 15 minutes (I disagreed with him on his timing, but he didn't budge). Later, I reported my issue to the office, with some proof and they gave me the $69 back, and received an excellent service from office staff. I would use them again, but will ask the plumber about his starting time before hand.

Description of Work: I live in MA and joined Angie's list for the Chesterfield, VA area as this is where my son and his family live. I am the owner of the property and did not know any plumbers in the area. I got Absolute's name from the List. The gentlemen fixed some leaks in both bathrooms and recaulked the tub. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future. Thank you!

Description of Work: They were to repair the wax ring on a toilet, but it turned out to be cracked. They suggested that I go to Lowes while they prepped to replace the toilet saving me the markup of them selling me a more expensive one. Sweet!

Description of Work: Repaired leaking copper pipe in ceiling. The two men arrived on time and were very professional. They did a good job, even though the line was difficult to through the hole cut in the ceiling sheetrock. I was disappointed in the charge for material. Only about a 6" long piece of 1/2" copper pipe, a tee and a few slip-couplings were used, but I was charged $48.
