Tony and Marshall walked this first-time homeowner through the entire process of purchasing a whole home backup generator. They explained the options, the product differences, and how the installation would proceed. I gave them a long lead time (which they appreciated) and was impressed with the communication through to completion. I received a recommendation from them on propane providers (I required new service). The propane contractors gave Tony and Marshall high praise without being asked. I would recommend these guys to anyone requiring a generator. Top notch service and just really nice guys.

This is a first rate company. I talked to the "big box" stores and was not impressed at all. Sci-Fi was very informative,polite, and professional. I would definitely choose them again.

The gentlemen called back within minutes of requesting information. They set a day and time to come look at our needs for a generator, came on and at the expected day and time, answered our many questions, set quotes for all three generators they sell, then gave us an estimate of when they would be available to complete an installation. The work was completed in a timely manner and was very neatly completed. We were very pleased with the completed work and training we were given.

They came out and had the project pretty much done in a day. They worked with the power company and inspector to schedule all appointments. The power company pulled the meter and they had them back by that afternoon and the power was back on. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the generator. The work is neat and clean and looks professionally done. They gave me a refresher on how the generator worked and they will even come back for the annual maintenance.....for a cost of course.

New all the info on the install of the gen set and provided a written break down on the equipment.

They were very accomodating with the schedule, very thorough with teaching/educating us how the system works, and honest when asked which system they preferred. I appreciated their attention to detail and their overall helpful attitude. I have already recommended them to several people. They also cleaned up after themselves!!!!
