The tile came in very quickly and then we set up two days to get the job done. Bobby did a fantastic job of putting up my backsplash and I would definitely use them again.

From the time I walk in the door, I am greeted promptly.. The sales person I always deal with is Angela Jordan. She is always pleasant , knowledgeable and very helpful. The sales manager Matt Shelton is also always on board to help. Every installer I have ever dealt with has been on time, courteous and clean up completely after themselves. Also their pricing is always in line and competitive. . I would recommend L&M to all of my friends and family. Thank you to all of L&M for their wonderful service. I will always be a loyal customer. I have used them for years and wouldn't consider using another flooring company!!

They did not correctly describe the carpet that I wanted on their order ticket and I did not catch the mistake. I had picked a higher end Lee Carpeting and went with the cheaper lower end padding that they suggested. But they wrote it up as the cheap versions of both. I caught it when they were installing the carpet. The ONLY reason they agreed to replace the carpet is because Lee offers a guarantee, NOT because they admitted their mistake and were willing to make it right. I've had the carpet for about a year and it is still shedding whole fibers. They appear to be barely glued into place and are easy to pull out. I would not do business with this vendor or this manufacturer again.

Great A+ customer service start to finish. Sales rep worked with me to get amazing product and fair pricing. Installers were master craftsmen that were hardworking, polite, and neat. This company went above and beyond all my expectations. Would refer company to all!

We had dealt with Land M Carpet One when they installed our laminate floor in the kitchen and dining room. There were two installers and they were very good and quiet. They showed right on time and professional. As the two began to remove the old carpet, there was little talking between the two. It was a practiced and quite precise removal and cleaning of the sub-floor. Once all the cleaning was done the new carpet came in. We had been warned that when the new carpet was stretched there maybe rub marks on the baseboards. These two made no marks that I could see anywhere on the baseboards. After all was done the two cleaned up all the smaller remnants and we kept the larger pieces. Was a job well done.

Everything was storybook! We went in and looked at carpets, selected a few and took samples home to check for color. The young man came on the appointed day to measure and took the samples back. The installation people called 2 days later to set up a date (2 weeks later) We were called on the Saturday before the date we expected them to verify delivery date. On Monday 2 men came at the time we stated and moved the large pieces of our bedroom, including taking the bed apart. Then they removed the old pad and carpeting from the bedroom, closets, stairs and hallway. They installed the new pads and carpeting. These men were efficient, pleasant and cleaned up everything after they moved all the furniture back. They did not take breaks and worked until they were finished. The best compliment I can give is that I will have them back to do the other bedrooms.

I went to the showroom and selected some sample tiles. Afterwards, a salesperson came to my home to measure and identified a possible problem with our installation because we have a wood stove in the room where we want to put the tile, so that meant some extra complications in terms of where we wanted installation might go. A more senior expert in tile came out to evaluate the installation, double checked behind this salesman because he wanted to good job that we would be satisfied with. He made some tweaks to the installation. The tile was installed as promised, and it's beautiful.
