Great work - professional, prompt, and speedy.

The jobs were done to perfection. Zach was efficient and professional. He cleaned up after the job. He went over the allotted time because of how much work was involved, but did not ask for more money. I would recommend Zach and Joe P. Clark Inc. to anyone that needs plumbing work.

Zach Stout did a good job in a relatively short amount of time. He was very personable. We thought we would need a new handle for one or both of the toilets, but he managed to salvage them both. We paid for 2 hours, but he only needed 1 hour for the work. He was nice enough to suggest some other maintenance and checking that he could do to fill a bit more of the time. The faucet was installed on a Friday. We did experience a gradual drop in water pressure over the weekend and we called Zach about it. He returned our call on Monday afternoon and was able to tell my husband how to fix it over the phone.

Fantastic service, I was contacted a day after I purchased two hours of labor from the website for Joe P. Clark, Inc Originally, I only needed toilet service because it was leaking from two different places. On the night before the appointment, we discovered a horrible leak with our sink, It turned out to be leaking out from under the garbage disposal through the electrical input/output. The technician offered to replace the disposal for me at no extra labor charge. The disposal was picked up at lowes and he replaced it. good as new. I will call on them again for future services.

They responded quickly, did excellent work in a timely manner, were clean and very friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Did what they were asked to do, cleaned up, left no mess, all went great! Would call them again for plumbing services.

One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. Zac did a prelim estimate of about $900 given the difficulty of drilling new holes, etc. I was initially planning on doing the work myself but also estimated about 10 hours of labor (assuming I had the proper drill to go through 10 inches of concrete, which I didn't own). Not having the time or tools I went with Joe P. Clark and Leslie and his assistant did an awesome job in an almost impossible amount of time... drum roll... less than 2 hours. The quality and professionalism were outstanding.

Zack arrived exactly at the designated time and was ready to get to work on the drains and leaky faucet. He was friendly, aware of the problems, and very professional. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and the areas were left clean and functional. (Zack had to purchase a part for the faucet, so the cost was $25 more than the deal. This was to be expected) All in all, this was a very satisfactory experience, and I shall use Zack and his company (Joe P. Clark Plumbing) again.

All went well. We were able to schedule an appointment for the day after I bought the Angie's List deal. He arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer. He was good with my big labrador retriever too. Great to have so many problems fixed for under $100!

First off, I like the fact that Zach runs the company and is out doing the work. He makes the commitment the work will be done right and is the one who personally sees it through. Now for the project feedback. Zach did an excellent job While it was fairly straightforward, I had some concerns that precluded me from doing the work hence my hiring Zach. The concerns with moving the disposal were clearance issues, reconfiguring one water supply and a drain. The other task of extending the gas line to reach my grill was clear-cut but I wanted to use black pipe (not copper or the yellow stuff) and that requires some special tools (none of which I had). Zach was responsive when I called and was out to look at the job in the afternoon. He felt very comfortable with the job and quoted me a fair price. Let me say a fair price not the lowest. I never mind paying a fair price to a very capable and qualified tradesman. There is a big difference between price and value. Zach delivers great value at a fair price. That is a win/win in my opinion. As for the work itself. Zach did an excellent job. He was not rushing through anything and kept his work space clear. The disposal move was done without any problems, and if there were any challenges, Zach handled them without issue. He tested all connections and made sure there were no leaks and all worked as it should. The gas line extension went fine as well. When it came time to test the line (by turning on the grill), I noticed low gas flow. Zach tracked the problem back to a valve that was blocked with debris (the valve was installed by previous home owner). The debris was removed and the second test resulted in the grill topping out at over 600 degrees. Success! I give a resounding recommendation to Zach and Joe P Clark plumbing.

What a great experience! We had a sewer backup on July 4th. I was calling several plumbers looking for someone to help and all I got were voicemail boxes. So I went to Angie's List, and saw Joe P Clark on the top of the list. I called them and Zach answered. Even though it was a holiday he still was as nice as could be. He tried to get his sewer line specialist out to our property that day but was unable to until 7:30am the following day. The two people that came out were friendly and thorough. They were able to clear the clog and cleaned up everything like they weren't even there. When Zach called to settle the bill he said it would be $205. Based on conversations I had with others, I was expecting $250 minimum. When I told him I had a 10% off Angie's List coupon, Zach was genuinely excited that I was using one. He even rounded down to the nearest dollar :-) $180! What a deal! I will be calling this company for my next plumbing need.

Zach answered my calls immediately, politely and professionally. He was prompt,efficient and clean. What more can you ask from a plumber? Fantastic!

Zach repsonded very quickly to my inquiry providing what they would provide, would do and a price. Once I chose them we arranged a mutually convenient time (this was not an emergency). They were punctual and professional and tested things before they left. I was very pleased

Responded to my request on Home Advisor immediately by email (in the late evening) and followed up with a phone call the next day. Other quotes made me feel like they were doing me a favor, but Zach seemed interested in the job and gave me the best price. Leslie did the install, was prompt, efficient, personable and courteous, and left the area very neat. After the job was completed, I had 1 small modification request, they came out the next business day and completed it a no charge. Seems to be working like a charm. Really appreciated their willingness to answer questions....superb customer service.

CJ's plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater. They were quick, professional and courteous. They also cleaned up after themselves, and despite having to run all the way across town for more parts, they were finished in under 2 hours.
