Work was very good, on time and high level of competence. The second time I had called in a busy period and it took a while for them to get back to me - like a couple of weeks. Then I got on the list but with a backlog of another couple of weeks. However, my job was not an emergency and it was fine for me. I would definitely use again, except perhaps if it was an emergency repair needed.

The gentlemen were fast and courteous. Did a great job and the price was excellent! One of them even brought in my mail for me because I'm 9 months pregnant and ready to pop!

Came out one day and looked, gave me a quote and came back the next morning and installed. It was less than 24 hours from first phone call to the replacement of the water heater.

They were good. They would get there as soon as they could. If they were delayed they would call and let me know. I was happy with their service.

Very difficult to access from below! Two other people had tried various tools to tighten the faucet and failed. He analyzed the problem, had the tool and was able to reach into an extremely narrow space to fix it -- no small task! Not only that, he only charged $40.

My home was built in 1952 on a slab foundation with copper water supply lines buried in the slab. The copper pipe began developing pinhole leaks in December 2015 (concrete and copper don't play nice together). Last December, I had another plumber bust open the slab to repair a cold water leak and a few weeks later another pin hole leak sprung on the hot water line. Given the age of the copper, I made the decision to replace the plumbing throughout the house. After soliciting bids from several local plumbers, I decided to go with Joe P Clark based on their positive reviews, the competitiveness of the price quoted, and their professionalism throughout the bid process. I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, Joe P Clark was just outstanding. It took approximately 5 days to repipe the house, but they worked very hard to get the job done right the first time. I was very impressed with the quality of their work, their constant communication as the job progressed, and how they cleaned up each day. I highly recommend Joe P Clark.

He was okay. It took them two hours to replace the faucet. We don't have any problems with it. It was pretty good. They shouldn't take two hours to remove the faucet and replace it. He should be more expedient in his services.

Purchased deal, needed to get kitchen sink repaired. Set desired appt date several weeks ahead as had to take time off work. They called day of appt to advise couldn't make it but would reschedule. Heard nothing for weeks, finally followed up via email but no reply. Requesting refund from Angie's List.

They were punctual, efficient, and went out of their way to make things right.

He arrived on time and quickly assessed the cause. A pipe was leaking behind the wall behind the faucets. Without removing unnecessary tiles, he speedily fixed the problem. He also unclogged 2 drains and fixed a jammed disposal. He was knowledgeable, respectful, cheerful and courteous. I would recommend the firm to anyone desiring a quality job at a reasonable price.

I was very pleased with his work - not sure on his price. He came when he said he would, which is unusual and very impressive

The work was well executed and the price was fair. The main issue I had with this vendor was scheduling. The $225 coupon was initially purchased on 08/16/2015. The vendor was contacted shortly thereafter to schedule service. After somehow getting lost in the shuffle twice, the work was eventually completed on 09/15/2015. Like I said the work was solid, but the frustration involved with scheduling definitely soured my overall experience. For this reason, I have to rate them a solid B.

It has now been over two weeks and no one has responded to my two attempts to contact them. I have requested a refund from Angie's List.

They did a great job. Zach was incredibly responsive and they worked very efficiently and did top notch work. I will definitely use them again.

Zach was responsive when we needed to shift our schedule and came out on a weekend. He was quick with his work and personable. Would hire again for plumbing needs.

It went great. I will use this provider again whenever I need a plumber. Felt he was honest and upfront with me about what he was doing and did a great job doing it.

The provider showed up first thing in the morning and immediately went to work. He ended up needing to leave for about 45 minutes to get another tool. He didn't charge me for the time away (some folks would). He was able to successfully clear the clog and repair the pipes. I will certainly use them again.

Service and quality were excellent. Paid for 2 hours of pluming service and only used one. I was told that he owed me an hour and for me to call when I needed him in the future.

Great ! My son's shower works great . Minimum damage to my downstair bathroom ceiling to complete the repair. The new toilet that was installed in the guest both also works well.

Estimate, communication, invoicing, and work were all prompt, clear, and professional. Received numerous estimates for the job and Joe P. Clark was the most competitive. They were very clean and organized while working and were able to finish the job with much less sheetrock cutting than I anticipated. They also let me know of some issues in our crawlspace related to water damage we had a few weeks back that the water damage mitigators missed. It was an issue that we would have missed otherwise and had nothing to do with Joe P. Clark's business, so I was extremely appreciative.

Completed all items requested with excellence.

The water heater was behind bunch of obstacles in a small room. Although the job was harder than usual they did it without grumbling or charging extra. I was very happy with the service and saved $600 over Foster Plumbing and heating.

Never called me back. The provider did not get back to me. No messages were left on my cell phone. Either way....im done here. Ill find someone else. Sorry we could not do business.

Took 6 days to respond and 9 days to actually come out. Did a good job removing item my son flushed down the toilet. Left lots of scratches on the toilet that I had to scrub off. One permanent. Very nice, personable guy.
