He was able to fix the running toilets, but not the leaky bathtub... and he didn't seem to show much initiative in figuring out HOW to fix that bathtub. I also think we paid for more time than we got, but I can't say with certainty.

At 10:30 on a Friday night we became the amazed owners of a waterfall. It came through the light fixture in the powder room. Once we stopped the onslaught and mopped everything up. It was 10:45. I pulled up Angie's List and after looking at reviews I emailed Joe P Clark. Within seconds (literally) I got an automated response telling me the email was received and I would hear from them soon. Three minutes later the phone rang. Zach made arrangements to come out on Saturday. Work was completed in a few minutes and the fee more than reasonable for a weekend call. I asked for an estimate on some additional work, which I expect to have in a couple of days.

I placed an initial call to the company and my call was returned within 15 minutes with a service call scheduled conveniently for the following day. The service tech managed to do the work in half the time they thought it might take, so less money in labor. Hooray! So far it appears the it was a quality job done and I have only good things to say. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend.

Service was great. They were prompt, professional, and did the jobs that were requested.

Job was done well and done quickly. Initial calls to schedule went well. The plumber was late but called us ahead of time to keep us informed of his schedule.

He did a great job for me. He came right away and solved my problem. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself.

There were some communication problems at the beginning, but it turned out well in the end. He connected a new heating system to an old one.

Setting up the appointment was very easy; once the order was processed for the two-hours of prepaid labor, he called me to set up an appointment date and time. However, once the date and time arrived, there was some confusion since he actually called me at the date and time instead of arriving at my house. He explained he was on another job and would be at my house once he was finished. He arrived about 1 hour late but was apologetic. First, he fixed the upstairs toilet. Second, he then installed the garbage disposal unit in the kitchen. Finally, he examined the clogs in the downstairs bathroom sink and tub and told me that the pipes have to be flushed since it is an old house with galvanized pipe; should be routine maintenance and I don't know when the last time that task was done. His total time at the residence was about 1 1/2 hours.

They were very responsive and easy to deal with. They spent more time than the coupon stated but just charged for supplies, not the additional time.

He did an very good job; my only disappointment was that the work took longer than the deal that I purchased, so for the additional hour, I think I was charged the "regular" price. I had another Angie's list deal contractor on the same day who gave me the special deal price for additional job time. I understand the deal that I purchased, but it would have been nice for the plumber to give me a break on the additional hour's price.

The best and most professional plumber I have ever used. He went above and beyond what was requested including redoing pipes for disposal. I highly recommend this company.

Service was on time and within the cost of the deal! All work was done in a timely manner and clean up was very professional. I would definitely go back to this plumber for additional work. I was also told that they did contracting for full remodels.

I'm thrilled. I did not have to babysit Zach while he worked. I cannot remember the last time I did not need to watch over and/or redo the work that was performed by a "professional". Work was completed quickly and it is still working with no issues.

Zach came out to check on our water heater (pilot light wouldn't stay lit) and discovered an unfixable leak. Although I was dismayed at having to replace it and spend way more than I expected, I very much appreciated Zach's willingness to work quickly to get hot water to our tenants, which he did by the next day. As always - prompt, professional and reliable. Our go-to plumber.

I asked that the come as close to 8 am as possible. They showed up at exactly 8 went straight to work and were gone in 20 min. Couldn't have asked for better service or results.

When I bought my 60 year old house and noticed during the walk through that the kitchen drain was slow, but working. So every so often, I would clean it out, until I finally got tired of it and decided to use a Big Deal to have it cleaned professionally. At the same time, the clog got much worse and water started to back up into my dishwasher whenever I washed dishes, and then leaked onto the floor. Zack did a great job. He pointed out that only the pipe visible under my sink was PVC pipe; the pipe under the house was the old metal pipe and also the tee was the old style right angle tee so he had trouble getting the snake to behave the way he wanted it to. He had to cut and reweld some of the pipe to clean out the clog. He showed up promptly and was careful to keep the kitchen very clean, even under the sink and he was very polite. He was conscientious about delivering the full two hours of service. I discussed the problem that I thought was the dishwasher and he confirmed that it was the clog that was causing the issue, and also noticed that the dishwasher connection was the old fashioned type connection and suggested that most modern suppliers would not hook up a new appliance this way. I was so pleased with the results that I contracted to have the pipe under the house replaced. In the meantime, my 17 year old refrigerator had to be replaced and I had this company make the new connection to the my refrigeration because sure enough the refrigerator delivery people would not connect the ice maker and water for the refrigerator to the exiting copper tubing.

Upon inspection of my plumbing problems, Zach had to go to Home Depot to get the necessary piping parts. He then fixed up everything that I requested. My appointment was at 10:30, and he was finished a little after one o'clock. He was very professional and knowledge about his work. I was one happy lady afterwards.

He did everything I asked him to do. No extra charge for the part for the toilet.

He showed up on time and was very professional. He did quality work and overall it was an excellent experience.

Things went very well. Will definely use them again.
