He came out but he wasn't able to fix the problem because it was a large irrigation issue.

Went smooth. I sent him images before hand. Still cannot believe he just took so much money such a little effort. I pre-paid through Angie's List, but he could have refund me some.

Excellent job! Took care of the leaks. Replaced the system quickly. Cleaned up afterwards even though I insisted I would take care of it for him since I was going to the dump anyway. Courteous.

We had a water leak coming from the shower area dripping through onto the downstairs ceiling. I was not sure where the leak was coming from exactly. I purchased Joe P Clark's 2 hour plumbing service Angies List Big Deal. One of the plumbers showed up on time and fairly quickly diagnosed the problem, starting at the shower drain and then having to cut through the sheetrock to expose the drain pipe. He showed me where a nail had been driven through the pipe and a cut also made in the pipe. This damage was done a couple of years ago as a result of a bathroom remodeling (my first Angie's List Big Deal). The second plumber arrived and assisted as they considered the best way to make repairs. They did a great job, were very courteous and friendly and most importantly - I am sure that they found the problem and fixed it correctly. It was a big relief.

I emailed this plumber 2 times and he was supposed to get back to me on 10/11/14 to set up the service. He never responded.

Above and beyond the call of duty. I went to pick up the toilets only to find they would not fit in my vehicle. So I called Zachary and he was kind enough to pick up the toilets on the way to my home. He promptly arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to immediately go to work. The work was done in a timely fashion. And even my overly protective dog liked Zach. I will absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Technician did an outstanding job especially with our having to deal with GE parts department.

He removed commode from the floor, removed old wax ring, replaced broken and corroded bolts, added new wax ring, replaced and secured the commode, and did an excellent job of cleaning up behind himself.

It was very quick! We were quoted for 4 hours of labor by another company that assured us that it was really a tricky job but it didn't appear to be tricky to these guys. They made no mention of it and were done in 1.5 hours.

Zach was extremely friendly, courteous and professional, as well as bending over backward to help us out on a cramped schedule (especially since his wife just had a baby this week!) Would definitely use again. Excellent with natural gas appliances.

Amazing service! Zach asked me to text pictures of faulty equipment so he could have possible replacements on truck at time of service call. I did and he was able to replace leaky part and fix no hot water problem in other bathroom for very reasonable cost.

Did a wonderful job! Exceeded my expectations. At the end of the job, I wasn't able to stick around to see the work and he sent me a picture of the completed project without even asking for it. Definitely catered to my needs and will use his services for future projects!

The service went very well. I called around a few places and his prices were competitive. Zach Stout was great to work . I appreciated his honest, professionalism, promptness, and constant communication during the work. His company was also able to find the Main Sewer line even when another company (I called before) could not locate it.

We switched from electric to gas. He was fantastic. It was a present for me so my husband was here to deal with him. The stove is working great so it was a very good experience. There was one very small issue with getting the inspection. It was not quite to code the first time so he had to come back and fix it and then the guy had to come back out but he did fix it. I don't know how many places my husband checked with.

Simply slid pump forward and made a better connection after several "plumbers" looked at it and told me that they did not work on pumps. Minimum service charge.

Previously had forgotten to complete repairs. Returned to do so at no cost.

It went great! They found another potential weak spot and fixed that as well. The service took less than an hour. The only reason it took longer was due to the fact they offered to install the new hardware as well. As some others mentioned, they did leave a bit of a mess, but nothing a quick sweep of the vacuum couldn't fix! I would rather they spend time doing the work I can't do!

Perfect. Promptly responded to my request, confirmed the appt date/time, arrived on time, did the work and it still does not leak 6 months later..

All went well, and I'd hire them again. I bought two hours of a plumbers time for $100 or something like that. Appointment was made and kept. I think I was supposed to be a bill for parts, but I still haven't received that. The job I got was less than 2 hours, so he also fixed our kitchen sink faucet for us. My husband had installed it and for some reason, it was loose. The plumber (Wesley? i think) fixed it but he didn't seek my approval following his adjustment. The faucet is off center, but it's not moving so it's ok. Just not perfect. Not sure he took the time to consider that.

The plumber sent was punctual (actually early), professional and efficient. It took him under an hour to change out the cracked pedestal sink top. The communication through Angie's List was easy and I got quick replies and a quick schedule for an appointment. Thanks!

Great! Zach and his colleague went the extra mile to install our new gas cooktop and ensure its efficient function as well as ensuring it met county standards. They first gave a very competitive estimate (after coming out to the house to perform a detailed evaluation of the site and existing gas lines), then showed up on time and, with great courtesy, efficiency, and cleanliness installed the new gas line and cooktop. Minor unexpected challenges - downdraft adapter hood, circuit breaker issues - were dealt with coolly and efficiently. Included in the estimate was approval by county inspector, who proved somewhat curmudgeonly in the process but Zach diplomatically handled the process and got the project approved. He even came out early on a Sunday morning to finish up the inspector's requirement. Never went over-budget, keeping exactly to his stated estimate. Overall: the team was noteworthy for their superior courtesy, professionalism, promptness, cleanliness, efficiency, integrity, communication skills, diplomacy, resilience, tenacity, and excellence in the finished project. Would definitely use again!

Mr. Clark was easy to reach, flexible with appointment times. They were running late, but called to let us know. They evaluated the problem quickly and the price was very fair for their time. Would definitely use again!

I called on Sunday. They called back promptly and said they could not get out until the next day. We scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time. They had to cut through sheet rock which was messy, but they cleaned up the area nicely. Since this was a pipe to the outside hose faucet he did not turn it back on for fear that
