Description of Work: Had one computer that had virus on it and had to reboot the entire computer or reset the computer and never a glitch. If I have a quick question about an issue he is always responsive to my phone calls. I do not call alot however I think he is very responsive when I do call and gives me the straight answers to my questions. Easy to do business and with out reservation would recommend him.

I’d say the experience was 75% well; I still have some issues I’m still working out on my own. I am glad I called them because they solved my problem.

I talked to one group before I talked to Betsy, and was just so put off by their attitude because it was insulting. I then talked to Betsy and she was very warm, understanding, and sympathetic. She was very easy to talk to and also very knowledge. She was able to get us set up and we have two computers networked together so it’s been complicated. She has been back multiple times to help us fix any issues we have had. She was able to help us save my husband’s photographs when his computer crashed, which was huge because those pictures are very important to us. When he got his new computer, she helped us set it up as well. She is always willing and able to come immediately. Her pricing is very reasonable and she is extremely cooperative and helpful. She has taught us a lot and has also saved us many times. We are very thankful she is in this area and close by. Having them come here vs. going to a store makes it very helpful and a huge convenience for us, saving us both time and money. John, her partner, was able to help my mother a couple years ago when she had issues with her laptop and he too was very helpful and knowledgeable just like Betsy. Their whole operation is extremely valuable to us, because we were from previously we didn’t have this type of service in a large city.
Description of Work: When we moved here over a year ago and we needed someone to help set our computers. Betsy was able to help us get all set up. She has been back out multiple times to help us whenever we have a problem.

My home pc was dead to me - started on Saturday morning. couldn't even get the Safe Mode option. i found them here and sent an email appointment request. The tech responded on Sunday and set up an appointment for Monday morning. The tech arrived, found the problem in short order (a bad video card), pulled the offending part and installed the native video for me. I was back up and running in 30 minutes. She also offered me some advice! Altogether a great experience! I'll use these guys again!
