John with House Call is an IT expert who did an outstanding job helping me get my PC up to speed. I was so happy with the results, and his professionalism, that I signed up for his managed services. Now I'm confident that I can do online banking and use other internet services without worrying about whether my PC's security is being compromised. It's a great feeling. I've already recommended House Call to several of my friends.

As of today, March 18, 2017, Windows Update has been working properly. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and with the level of service provided.

It was good. The person was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Our computer worked pretty well for a while and it kind of slow down again but it's an old computer. They did a good job. My interaction with them was fine. They were real knowledgeable. They gave us some tips for the future so that was good. If our computer would completely work, they would have a better grade. It dies. It didn't completely fix it but I think it's just because it's so old.

John removed software that was slowing my computer down and causing additional delays. Ran a check-disk on drive c to resolve bad sectors.

Working well. Prior to contract computer crashed on a regular basis. Have not had any problems since starting with House Call Conputers

Arrived exactly on time. Booted computer from a CD-ROM and rolled back the computer to a date when the system was operating properly. The price was exactly what was quoted on the telephone. In my opinion, a very reasonable price. Yes, I would use this service again (although I hope that won't be necessary!).

Since the issue concerned the connection between my laptop and my router it could not be fixed by taking it to a computer repair shop. Also, since I often load my own software, etc., I wanted to see just what the problem was, so I could learn from the experience. Mr. Stolte was knowledgeable and personable. His approach to the diagnosis made sense to me, and it was completely successful.

He is very knowledgeable. He did a great job with all of my computer problems. Set up my printer AGAIN!! And also set up a new lap top. Also give me information on a book to buy to help me to understand windows 8 in a visual way. He has been to my home several times. Highly recommended!

John was very professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable compared to other repairmen we have hired in the past. He wasn't ready to cut and run as soon as he fixed one problem but continued to work until he had the computer working properly. My husband and I enjoyed talking with him and felt that he took interest in doing a thorough job. The computer has worked great since he was here and we would not hesitate to call him if we have another problem.

Performed services in an excellent manner. In fact, introduced me to a different internet browser that I now use as my preferred browser.

They do a fine job. He answers my questions right away. He gets rid of any viruses right away as well. He scans the computer remotely.

It was great. They helped me realize that I did everything that I could have done. I called on a Monday and they got back to me on Tuesday. They mentioned there was a flat fee of $125 to retrieve the data. There is a service call fee if they come to you. We agreed to meet to hand over the laptop so he didn't charge the service fee which was nice. John was great to work with.

He was prompt. It was convenient that he could come to our home.

John came to my parents house to fix various computer problems. Since my parents are essentially house-bound, their computers are very important to them. John brought a sense of humor and excellent skills to fixing the problems. Not only would I call him again, my mother would call him, which is quite a high accolade, if you know my mom! Mr. Stolte created a new user profile for me, copied My Document files to this new user profile, and then ran a malware program to make sure there were no malingering bad files. The work was done efficiently and effectively. I was and remain very pleased with his service.

At this point I have no good details. I'm sorry I can be of little further assistance. I have been thinking of calling them again because of further computer problems. The work was so long ago that I don't think my feedback has much value.

John fixed my printer problem, changed my search engine and helped me get set up with a new on-line provider. He explained everything that he was doing and why. He was patient with my lack of knowledge, puctual, polite and very informative about other potential problems. He even warned me about a current telephone scam where someone lies about being a Microsoft service technician and ultimately tries to sell people on a $500.00 anti-virus program. I am glad that I found him on Angies List and extremely pleased with the service he provided.
