Description of Work: What I needed was someone to physically come to the house to check the computer as I was not able to connect to the internet. The hardware and connections were all ok but something was blocking access. Betsy came out and did a great job but the problem was one where it needed more time and I had her take the computer with her. On return, the computer worked great, fast, and just like new for a fraction of the cost of getting a new one. She added memory, got rid of lots of malware and viruses. Again, the great thing is she was here, not a remote service. I would heartily recommend them to anyone.
