They did a great job on all the caulking work. They cleaned the tiles, but I was hoping they would get a bit cleaner. They did a test spot that came out sparkling white but overall the other tiles never looked quite as good. Nice people and punctual.

i did not expect work to be done the same day. i was expecting an estimate and any additional cost per fine print possibly. The caulking was completed and the mold was covered up that same day. However, I did not expect to be able to tell we were covering up a problem.

Arrived at agreed upon time and started work right away. Work done was all very professional and cleanup was excellent.

Glad to have the work complete; however the "deal" and other costs were a little misleading. I was told one contractor would be able to complete my specified task within the 3 hours for $99 special price. Two contractors arrived; therefore my time was reduced to 1.5 hours. Okay but then I was informed the cost of the "caulking" was not included. They were unable to finish the work in 1.5 hours; therefore I hired them for one additonal hour and given an additonal cost of $33 (stand rate; not a special). Then when I went to sign my receipt; they had charged me an additional $66 ($33 for each man). A few pointers for this type of work 1) verify is cost of materials are additional prior to purchase. 2) be sure cost quotes are specificed and RE-verified. 3) request the caulking color match the area being caulked. (Thick white lines on off-white or beige surfaces do not look good).

No issues at all. it is a full day project but we were told to expect that. There is a smell involved, but fans were used to minimize the affect.

Jacques was fantastic. He went way above what he had been asked to do, re-positioning and blocking with wood my bathtub faucet, fixing my sink stopper, and turning a very depressing bathroom into one that is still small - he couldn't fix that - but sparkling. He also played classical music on his MP3 which was a nice touch. Thank you, Jacques, and thank you Angie's List.

This is the second time I have used his services and I find him to be very fair with the prices. He is good about noticing residual problems, which, yes, will cost me a little more now but save me big bucks in the future. He will be back in the not too distant future to fix something else he noticed needed attention.

They arrived on time and did the work. I have only one problem. I paid for a 3 hour for $99 Big deal. They listed on their paper work that they worked from 1 to 3 o'clock. My understanding of math, that is 2 hours. I do not have problems with less time. I have a problem with the fact that they charged me extra for an 1/2 hour of work. They also charged for a blade cleaner. That I can understand, but charge me for more time that I had already paid for. That is not right. The gentleman's main goal was to get my approval on his Angie's approval sheet. The completed job looked good, but he did say that they could come back next year and do it again. Does this mean that the chalk is only good for a year. If it is, then that is some cheap chalk !!!!

The reason that cost was higher than was originally quoted was that when the work was started, the provider discovered that the transition strip of marble was broken in two places. He had to leave the job and go buy another piece of marble, and cut it to size. However, while he was gone, his assistant continued to work on regrouting the shower stall floor and the face of the floor surround.

They are very detail oriented and hard working. A huge improvement.

Provider arrived on time and was very friendly. He gave me an estimate and said if he didn't remove the stain, there was no charge. The tub looks brand new!! I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again myself.

From the initial call for an estimate to the completion of the job Jody's work, attention to detail and professionalism was stellar. When I decided to file an insurance claim, Jody offered to meet the adjuster to ensure we received a fair hearing on our claim. I took him up on the offer and things could not have gone better. It really made a difference having Jody here to talk to the insurance company. The worksite was cleaned at the end of every day. Jody communicated progress, issues, next steps, etc. everyday. I have hardwood floors throughout the house and everyone took special care to remove shoes and/or protect the floor. The leak is repaired, the new tile matches the old and everything looks great. Jody experience with shower pan repairs made this an easy process for us, especially considering we did not want to spend money on a total tear out. By far, my best experience with a contractor.

The job was performed very well and in a timely manner.
