CUSTOM BATH OF VA

Hired Jody and his crew for a total master bathroom remodel. We appreciated how patient he was with us as we kept going back and forth on what exactly we wanted for months; and Jody came back several times to look at our new ideas and come up with updated estimates each time for us. We decided to turn our giant unused tub into a big double headed shower, and our small shower into a floating makeup vanity area. They were very professional and trustworthy from beginning to the end, the ceramic tile work they did on our new bathroom shower was beautiful. We highly recommend this company.

The bottom of our tub was in pretty bad shape. Custom bath made our tub look great. Much cheaper than buying and installing a new tub.

From estimate to completion, these guys were great. It took about four full days with two people to basically tear out the floor of a tile shower, replace all of that, and lay the new tile. The guys were on time and very professional, and were more than willing to let me witness some of the process and ask questions about it. I will happily hire them again for any bathroom repair/remodel work in the future.

One of the feet came off of my only bathtub/shower. Needless to say was desperate for a quick repair. Custom Bath of VA came out the same day to assess. Found other legs not secure. They got the necessary parts and were back the following morning to repair. The kept me apprised all steps of the way. Fast and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone

Recently we hired Custom Bath of Virginia to redo the tub/shower walls in our 50 year old house. The bathroom has ceramic tile on all of the walls so the goal was to select a tile that would meld with the now obsolete older tiles. We had concerns about where the new and old tile would meet and if the transition would be satisfactory. We also wanted to remove the ceramic soap and toothbrush holders on an opposing wall, replacing those with some of the older tiles removed from the shower. Jody Chartier of Custom Bath did a thorough job of surveying the project, making recommendations and executing his plan. Frank who set the tile was equally conscientious and exacting in his planning and layout. They were also very careful to cover the floors between the bath and outside door. We were very pleased with their quality of work and agreeable manner. We would certainly hire this company again if the need arises

Jody was punctual, courteous, and professional. He was careful to protect our floors using a drop cloth to cover the areas he walked in and out on. Day one was spent regrouting the two tile surrounds. He spent about a day reglazing each tub and then a couple of hours on day 4 to reinstall the hardware and complete the tub caulking. Our old blue tub was reglazed to a custom off-white and our old tan tub was reglazed to white. They both look like new. Great job all around.

Jody was very friendly and explained exactly what work he recommended. He called each morning to confirm he was on the way and showed up on time all 3 days he was scheduled to be there. The work looks great and he was able to perfectly match the color of the existing grout. He even took it upon himself to fix a towel rack in the bathroom that had fallen off the wall at no charge. Overall the price seemed fair for the amount of work that was done and the quality was excellent. We will be using this company in the future.

Jody was a professional in every way - took videos of any concerns and consulted with us on everything. We appreciated his input based on experience, his thoroughness, and also his courtesy in taking off his shoes upon entry to the house as well as his meticulousness in cleaning up afterwards.
