Description of Work: I purchased one of the specials for two hours of tile repair for $100. It was a small job of replacing about seven cracked floor tiles. The repairman took at least five calls on his cell phone during the work, and I had to pay $100 more for additional time, which was a little annoying. The workmanship was excellent, so I would use them again, however, only if I get a firm price ahead of time - not by the hour.

Description of Work: Initial contact was awesome. He was very prompt, professional, looked at the job,and said he knew what to do, and voila! While on that visit, I asked about installing a taller toilet.....he said absolutely and even went and bought one to install, even though price for that part of job was excessive in my opinion, it was short notice, and he was so nice about everything I had asked him to do, I let it go. Two months later my full length glass shower door was again falling to the point it was unusable for fear it would shatter. I called him back, and he said to email him photos of door, and he would look into seeing what it was going to take to fix the problem. Well, I did as he asked, and I've never heard from him again. I called several times and left messages, to no avail. I was very disappointed, as that was not my first impression of him at all.

Description of Work: They were to clean any grout and recaulk in bathrooms. They spend too much time talking and ran out of time. I requested they stay and finish the job which I paid double the price for. The cost was not clearly communicated at time of request and the work was a bit sloppy.

Description of Work: They did not respond to phone call initially. When I finally got them on the phone they were late for the appointment. There was nothing in writing at the time of the estimate. I was told there would be contact and there was none. I called, emailed and called and emailed again. Nothing.

Description of Work: I had some caulk replaced in the bath tub. He showed up as promised, did the work required in a reasonable time frame. Cleaned up, everything went as expected.

Description of Work: The service was performed as requested in a quality manner. Had some moldy shower caulking I needed replaced. The old caulking was removed and replaced with a mold resistant solution. $99.00 for a home visit and the quality work is a bargain in my book. Great job.

Description of Work: Great attitude and good to work with. Slight scheduling issue but as most contractors go, was better at follow-up than most. Cost was higher, but he did inform before doing work. Would use in future but will request a full quote as anyone should do in any contractual work.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 deal for bathroom caulking. I was contacted immediately and the contractor changed his schedule to accommodate my timeline. Communication was constant; workers arrived on time as scheduled, and work was completed. The caulking was expertly and professionally done. I am quite satisfied and will use Custom Bath of VA in the future.
