Led by Tom's wonderful #2, Larry, Dreamscape provided plantings flanking the "road," in the corners of the yard, and in front--everything looks great. The leader of the crew who put down the hardscaping was a genius. In addition, Tom recommended Wright's Wells and Drilling to remediate the drainage problem that had long made the back yard unusable; Gary Wright worked miracles. Besides being likeable, Tom, Gary, and Larry are all seasoned professionals. "This was not a good experience, sadly. We met with the Sales Manager to get an estimate on a small bathroom renovation. Very quickly, this become a "sales pitch" for the other renovations we had been planning, including jokes from the Sales Manager about how much this was going to cost. Personally, I don't joke about my money - I work too hard to earn it. The day after he left, I wrote an email to him about working through the renovation plan in phases, for both time and money savings. I got a reply: "thanks for the update". A week later I got a phone messagel: "Hey we need to talk about this because the costs are really climbing." Following some "phone tag" while I was on a business trip, I sent him an email: "Please just give me an estimate on the guest bathroom". No response received for three weeks and counting. I guess to him my money and my project turned out to be a joke after all. This is the most disappointing experience I have had to date."
