They were very good about texting/calling to let me know they were enroute for both the estimate appointment and for the day the work was completed. I hired them to power wash a composite deck, wood railing, slate patio and vinyl siding. They were very respectful of the property and moved and replaced the furniture, decorative fixtures as well as the gas grill and smoker, something not all companies will do. Highly recommend and will look for more projects for them. Great job!"

Affordable Roofing and Affordable Pressure Washing are veteran owned local companies. They are Branches branch of our Affordable Group of companies along with Budget Construction Cleaning. Having been involved in the construction industry since the late 1980’s in the DMV area, we saw the demand from our customers to provide them with roofing services. "We noticed a significant hole developing in our shared alleyway, which seemed to worsen quickly. Also there were other depressions in our driveway where the asphalt was on the verge of giving way. After trying to contact multiple contractors and leaving several voicemails, the only one who responded promptly was Patrick from Capitol Hill Masonry. He came out immediately to assess the issues and provided us with a quote without delay. Once we approved the work, his team began the project the same day and completed everything by the following day. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work.
